Shari's

Good food for the price. The place smelled like the carpet needed to be changed.

The only reason for the visit was because they look like they weren't busy. I wanted to dine quickly. But it took almost an hour and a half to two hours for us to leave.

Two orders of prime rib ordered medium with pink, both came well done. Food was not hot. Upon complaining Jacob was apologetic but offered no resolve, said that’s the way they come. Had to ask for drink refills. Wait to place order and wait for food both lengthy, but that is how this Shari’s has always been. Two nights ago was lengthier than tonight.

It seems that it takes an extraordinary long time to get our food after the order is placed. In other restaurants in town, it takes ten minutes or so. At this Shari's, it always takes 40 minutes to an hour. After arrival, we can never leave before 1 to 1 1/2 hours have expired. I understand this is not fast food, but this is ridiculous. I have often seen people leave because the line to be seated was longer then they were willing to wait. It seems to me that if you could serve the food faster, that you would be able to handle more customers.

The food was overcooked yet came to the table barely warm. The waitress had to be reminded twice of our drink order. The prices have continued to climb while the portion sizes have been cut in half. The air conditioning was so high the place was extremely chilly, and the spacing of the new tables leave you feeling cramped in like cattle. Not a great feeling given how much you pay for this.

Because it took to long to order.. He never checked back with me and my friend. He didn't know what the platinum pie or pie of the month was.. Didn't know what the pie shake was.. We had to tell him 3 times the correct amount to give us from our video poker slips.. It was just taking to long for everything. We came in at 2:10am. Its now 3:10am and im still waiting on one of the two desserts I ordered at 245am.. And there is only 5 people in the restaurant !!

I don't go to Shari's very often because the service is always SLOW! The food was ok, but there was a hair on my plate. Did the prices go up??? I thought that my bill was a bit high.

People seated after us received food before us. Not only before, but they finished and left just as we finally got our order.

Service for take out sandwich was slower than usual. I was surprised it took longer than usual. It was the day after Christmas so maybe cooks were tired. Unfortunately, the food doesn't seem as well prepared as it could be. The Salmon in the Caeser Salad is always too dry. We will eat at the Corvallis Sharis in the future.

I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for our meal. We ordered four meals averaging $10 a piece my bill was $62 and I did not look at the bill because I did not have my glasses. After I paid and realized how much it was I was pretty sure they over charged me.
