Shari's

I am over 70 and was expecting to get my double points that I was told about in a received e-mail. I did not remember to show the card before I paid. After, she said it was too late and she could not do anything about it. I would think that the employees would know enough to ask people if they had a card or not, especially with older people.

First off I would love to say I really enjoyed my waiter Brandon. He was very friendly and on top of his game. He was at the end of his shift so this was a great surprise to me. Unfortunately I have to say that was the best part. It took quit a while for anyone to notice I was at the front and there was the greeter standing looking at her phone in front of me the whole time I was waiting. The food (once it came) felt as if it had been microwaved and also the shrimp I ordered smelt and tasted extremely off so I didn't eat it. I decided I didn't want to cause a fuss so I didn't mention it to Brandon. The table was filthy along with the seats. I will not mos likely be going back in any time soon or until you possible get a remodel and some new cooks. Hopefully you will be able to use this info to make the restaurant more appealing. I know it was a local Friday night hang out for a lot of people ad tonight it felt dead at 9 pm. It's a shame. Have a wonderful weekend and Blessed Be

Hamburger was bland. Charging more than $6 for two(2) small pancakes is outrageous. The restaurant did not seem busy enough to justify the wait for simple food. Maybe our expectations were too high based on previous visits to this Shari's. Hostess did not seem real helpful.

Our waitress took too long to come to our table and take our order, she was very unfriendly, I asked for a pepsi refill and ketchup and she slammed them on the table and walked away without another word. She didn't smile or even greet us when we said merry Christmas to her.

When our food was delivered, we asked for an extra side of fries. It took a long time and we finished our food before the fries even came up in the window. The fries sat there for at least 5 minutes. We noticed that our waiter had gone outside for his break, which is fine, but no one took over him. The restaurant was not busy!! When he came back in, he did deliver our fries and when I touched them, they were barely warm. I commented to him and he said they could remake them but we were ready to leave so I just asked him for a container to go. As he was getting a container, another waitress broke some dishes. Our original waiter told her he’d clean the mess and asked her to ring me up. She acknowledged him and continued to take food and water to other customers. I stood at the register for at least 5-7 minutes before she helped me. I can understand waiting when the restaurant is busy, but tonight it was very slow.

There were 3 cooks as well as the manager cooking and it took 45mins to get our food and there were only maybe 5 tables of customers there. This is unacceptable. We patronize your establishment at least once a week and either the food is cold or it takes a long time to get it.

We had to wait on a lot of things. Our server didn’t ask about refilling our drinks or if we wanted dessert (which we did) and she was all to eager to hand us the check which made us feel rushed to leave. The restaurant was mostly empty so there was no excuse for slow service.

the biscuts were hard as nails could not cut them with a fork. It was terrible.

The server was nice she was attentive to my drinks but I seen her twice. Once upon ordering and once upon leaving. She dud not deliver my food or check back. So that was not welcoming. My burger made me feel sick afterwards idk what it was but I did not feel good and that was surprising because normally I enjoy sharis burgers.

waited a long time to receive our food. I ordered the lunch trio which is ordinarily very good. The flavor of the food was fine but the portion size of the quiche was very small.
