Lexi's service was prompt, courteous and friendly. She made our family meal pleasant with great service.

Was waited on as soon as I entered Sharis. The waitress was friendly and considerate. The food was very good and the waitress checked with me often to see if I needed anything else. The coffee was hot as was the food. Very good overall experience.

Great service and clean store. Food was great and got it quick. The store was not to crowded or noisey.

We used our 2 for $25.oo offer coupon that I received via email. The problem was that the code had not been downloaded to the cafe's computer and it took a while to get it taken care of. I felt sorry for the person on the till. He was extremely courteous and apologetic and I was not, in the least, upset by it. I do think that corporate should have found the glitch before the coupon was sent out to customers. I would think that there would be some kind of technology to prevent this.

Our server, 351217 Tracy, was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD! She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient & made us feel like valued customers. The food was prepared quickly & was presented nicely plus was good.
