What a difference people make in a business like this. My last 2 visits to this locarion have been far from stellar. The evening crew that operates this establishment are just sub par. The Friday morning crew were awesome. Our server was great and we had zero lag time in any part of our visit. Understandably the crew we saw here today were veterans and the my other visits we saw faces that were less than familiar. I believe that should not make such as huge difference. My advise is to look at your people make sure they atrained properly and follow up by seeing what they are doing..... you will find the ones doing it right and the ones that need a lot of coaching.

I honestly am satisfied with the service I received! I liked how she gave good customer service with a good service! I know its late, but I felt I was seated, and services at a good pace!

The staff was very friendly and engaging; they knew everything about the menu and greeted us with a smile and ready to go. It made it feel like a great place to be, and somewhere where I felt like I would spend a good amount of time at just hanging out. The service was speedy and great!

Very friendly people. Server's prompt and always asked us if we needed anything or if things were good. Food always good and willing to change something, we try the first time, if we don't care for it .

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant, the employees, and the food is great. Deborah, my server, was very polite and attentive to my dining needs. Deborah made sure that I didn't have an empty tea glass.

Fast service, food came out quickly and hot. Waitress was helpful with menu. Our group was composed of people with different types of food allergies (sounds complicated, it is) and was helpful in making sure we all had something that worked for everyone;)
