Excellent customer service and friendly courteous servers

Brenda greeted us quickly and was attentive to our needs in a very friendly manner. The food was good and hot and very tasty.

We go out o our way to go to Sharis. Brenda was a great waitress, friendly and enthusiastic.

Me and my husband stopped in late after a very long day at work. Miranda sat us down as soon as we walked in with a smile. We both ordered the steak and stuffed hash browns. I was unsure how I wanted my steak cooked. She asked me a few questions and suggested medium well. Our food arrived quickly. Anthony was our cook. Both of our steaks were cooked EXACTLY how we wanted them! Our hash browns were crispy! And everything was seasoned perfect! The whole time we were there Miranda checked on us the perfect amount. Not to little, not to much. This was the perfect way for us to end a really long day! The two of them made our night great! Not sure if this gets seen my there boss but these two should get some kind of bonus or raise! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The kitchen did not prepare prime rib to medium rare as requested was quite dry but flavor was good not worth the bother to send back while everyone (5) were eating

I enjoy coming to this Shari's because the atmosphere is friendly and homely. The employee's here at this Shari's are helpful to my hunger needs. I get a hello as soon as I enter.

Our server Shelby was absolutely great. I have been coming to Shari's for 2 years now and her service was the best out of all of the times I've ate here. Often times servers here forget things and don't check back ever to see if we need anything and I'm usually dissatisfied with the service. One time I waited 15 minutes for a glass of water. However, this time was great and I felt Shelby should be rewarded.
