walked in and was seated right away. waitress was right there to take order. every thing was great.

At this Shari's, the food is consistently great, atmosphere cheerful and clean, and the staff just can't be beat! In particular, our waitress, Brenda Kirk. We seem to get her quite often, and she's just the best! Professionally, I have been a manager and couldn't ask for a better employee. She is CONSISTENTLY, over time. prompt, fast, knowledgeable, cheerful, accurate, goes the extra mile, and is just a genuinely lovely person who makes you feel so welcome. EVERY single time. What a SUPER employee!!!

We come to this Shari's on our way to the casino. Over the years, we have made friends with many of the waitresses. We sit at the counter to watch and interact with them. they remember us, ask how we are and visa versa. When I have noticed some issues, the manager on duty have been very polite and handled the situation which I appreciate. I used to work in the food industry and notice more than most usual customers. Coming to this Shari's is an enjoyable part of our daycation time that my husband and I share. The food has always satisfied us. Thank you for improving your service on all levels. We have been to many different Shari's and always feel the most comfortable at this location.

I have lived in this area for 13 years and except for the changed menu which I HATE I have always received wonderful service and great food; and if there is ever a problem it is resolved speedily with courtesy.

Good food great service very satisfied

The wait staff was excellent and that's very important to me. The waitress even sat to listen to a man that was carrying on an angry conversation with himself. She could have blown him off, but she gave him total respect. I appreciate that in a person.

Very friendly staff. The Plank Salmon dinner was the best I have had!
