Shari's

Shari's can be busy on a Sunday.

Jake did not return to our table to refill beverages nor ask if we needed anything. I also gave a coupon at check out and then had to remind him to remove it.

My mom and I ordered broccoli, ham and cheese quiche. Our quiche had no broccoli in it. I explained this to the waitress who said she'd let the cook know. No effort was made to provide me the correct food.

The wait for the food was too Long and when it was served only half the order came out. It took upwards to 5 minutes for the others in are party to receive their order.

We were told one thing about the free pie on birthday and on our next visit the staff was not aware of your policy in this matter. We previously had a card for both myself and my wife We followed the advise of your personnel to only have one card for the family. This we did and now are told that each member must have their own card to get the free pie on the birthday. Since you made such an effort on marketing your pies it would seem that every member of your staff would know the policy.

The wait staff were very nice and did their best to meet all of our needs. The problem appears to be that it was Wednesday evening and customers were coming out of the woodwork. Good for business but hard for a limited staff to keep up with serving everyone. We always go to Shari's when we're visiting family in the area.

there were flies and gnats around our booth. we even moved. the server said this happens alot and she doesn't know why. i usually come monthly to this Sharis, but i wont until the pest problem is resolved.

service slightly lacking in speed and it took a long time to get our receipt.. We had to ask for it.

I don't care for pancakes that have vanilla in the mixture, just a personal thing. The Omelette was fine. We were traveling and not likely to be back to this location any time soon.

It was Valentines Day so it was pretty busy, but not swamped. It took awhile to be seated and have our order taken, but the biggest issue was that the server NEVER came back to check on us once our food arrived. We needed drink refills halfway through our meal and set the glasses on table's edge to be seen, but we had completely finished eating before the server came to take the plates away and even then, we had to specifically ask for refills. I had also been hoping for some butter for my mashed potatoes, which were only somewhat warm, and I never had the opportunity to to ask, I ended up eating them as was.
