Manager keep getting on my server for stuff he had no control over and did it in front of me (the customer)

Holy satisfied

I ordered the lunch trio. Since I am diabetic and cannot eat pie, or sugar substitutes in the sugar free pie, I asked my server if I could have 2 slices of quiche instead of a slice of pie. She wasn't sure, so she asked the manager. He said a very firm "No!". I have asked for and recieved the substitution at other Shari's. Needless to say, I was not happy. You should always strive to make the customer happy.

Everyone left full and satisfied!

Delicious food

It appeared to be a staffing problem the evening we were in. It was not terribly busy that night but it took forever to order (20 mins) and another 25 mins before the food showed up. We felt 45 minutes for that process was too long. The waitress who finished with us (we began with someone different) was very apologetic and was not the issue. It kind of appears we may have been forgotten during a shift change? Monique was our waitress to end and was very attentive and apologetic. We get it, she didn't need to be.

We told the waitress we would be ordering pie to go. She said that she would get that information later. Then she brought our check ringing it up prior to talking about the pie to go. She completely forgot. She was kind of dingy acting the whole time. Usually we have much better service!

I had the cedar plan salmon and it was awful. It was dry and tasteless, and it looked as if it had just come out of a deep freeze. The rice pilaf had raisins in it, which that detail was not in the menu - I detest raisins. It seems that in worrying about the decor and remodel of the restaurant, the quality of the food has gone down and the prices have gone up. Very disappointed.

The mozzarella sticks didn't have hardly any cheese

the size portions were small for the price.The plate did not look like the picture in the menu.
