There was food (quite a lot) under the table. I told our waitress that it needed to be vacuumed. She just smiled and said "OK"

Appetizer undercooked & meal forgotten/took way too long.

The chicken was a litter overlooked and my fish was a little hot but other than that it was a good experience

I ask for WELL crips fries ,they were not, Shannon Wonderful,kind (206164) she is very good . The cook need please cook the fries longer,I will be back,

The last three times we have visited the food was brought to the table cold or just warm this morning the hash browns weren't and cold we used to come in a lot 3-4 times a week now we drive 11 miles to another cafe to avoid Shari's my wife will not drink the coffee any more says it does not taste as good as it used to I don't drink coffee so I don't know. A few days after being at Shari's, and the only time I used my credit card, I received a call from my card company that there had been charges at a chevron station and a toys R Us. Neither of which I have ever been to. So possibly someone there copied my card, and used it.

I ordered a salad with a roll and when I got home to eat it NO roll. The waitress acted like it was her first time taking an order and I know it wasnt.

Ordered appetizer that came at the same time our meal came. Salad was delivered after our meal was served. I did not get refill on my water cup until it was empty. There were other people working that were just standing around doing nothing while our waitress worked her tail off. Whoever was manager on duty, did NOTHING the 1.5 hours we were there, except talk to people who worked there. I saw her seat one couple who had just told her that other people left because they didn't get seated..

It took forever to be seated, have our orders taken, and get our food. They were not super busy and had enough people on staff which is why I am confused as to why everything took so long. Also our drinks were hardly ever filled.

Over the last year I have seen the service and satisfaction as well as quality of food deteriorate. Pies have underdone bottoms and food is either overcooked or cold. My order was completely wrong and I'm not sure the number I used for this survey is correct because it was unreadable on the receipt. This shari's and the one on Burnside have deteriorated over the last year to the point my friends and I are not wanting to go there anymore and we all have cards.
