My husband and I decided to try the online ordering option. We have enjoyed eating at Sharis in the past and decided that it would be a nice change to order to go. The first time we tried it the food was not ready at the time it was supposed to be and then the order came out wrong and had to be corrected. The waitress said that there was a problem with the computer in the kitchen. We were not happy but understood that things happen. Today we decided to try again. Again the food was not ready when we showed up. I waited 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Again, problems with the kitchen computer were cited as the problem. The waitress was friendly and tried to be upbeat about it but this was my second time with the same problem. When I got home we realized that the orders were not correct, close, but not correct. Tater tots were ordered with a hamburger. My meal looked nothing like what was online but that could just be perception. The food was soggy and smooshed as if flattened. Overall I do not plan to order to go from Sharis again.

The waitress didn't take the order down therefore she placed the wrong order in. When our order arrived only one of the orders was accurate, she placed the entire wrong order for one person in party. It would take too long to place new order so just kept the wrong item, and it wasn't tasty. Never offered to credit us or decrease price either.

My mom and I came in to have breakfast in late afternoon. We were promptly greeted and seated by the manager, but my mom left to use the restroom. The manager asked me for my drink order. I asked for water. Before my mom returned, he was back with a small water and a large iced tea. I thought my mom ordered this separately, but she hadn't. This wasn't a problem, but kind of set the tone for the whole meal. It was a good 10 minutes before the waitress came over to take our order. We waited probably 15-20 minutes, which seemed unusual given time of day (around 4:30 p.m., not a full restaurant) and the fact that we had a good experience the previous visit and food arrived quickly then. But we could see that a number of orders were backed up and the waitresses were all calling into the kitchen about their slow orders. We think there was only one cook and the manager went back to help. When the food arrived, my mother's sourdough toast was completely white (not toasted). She said her jam had a sour, odd taste. Her hashbrowns were underdone, while mine were so crispy that it was hard to cut through and they were hard & chewy. Most of the meal was subpar for both of us.

Asked the waitress for a minute to review menu, 20 minutes later I had to flag her down. When we were finished, she removed plates, but, brought no check. After waiting a long time, I again flagged her down. She couldn't find the ticket. Did not come by while eating to offer refills or see if we needed anything. Poor service.

My husband ordered ranch BBQ and cheese burger double with tots with iced tea. I had the same with fries and rootbeer. My daughter ordered beer battered fish and shrimp and an Oreo shake. When we received the order, there's was about 10 tots, my fries were lukewarm and they forgot the shrimp. There was no condiments but she did bring us ketchup that was almost empty. The batter on the fish tasted old or freezer burnt. And I've had thicker shakes at McDonald's. While waiting for a refill on iced tea we were informed afterwards that they had to brew more. She brought the check before we were even finished with the meal and then later asked if we needed anything else "like a togo box. We were going to have dessert but felt like we were being rushed to get out.

We ordered Nachos and they were horrible very little pulled pork less than maybe 2 tbps, tons of globbed melted cheese and tons of chips. We spoke to our waitress Denise (who was awesome), she said she would get the manager Wanda-she was rude, poor people skills, she came up to our table and didn't address or dissatisfaction instead she says can I get rid of that for you. If she's to be manager she shouldn't treat her customers so rudely. She picked up our nachos plate and never returned but did take the nachos off our bill which was appreciated. Maybe you could send her through a class on how to have better customer interaction. Because of her negative interaction with myself and my friend I am seriously considering on not returning to this Sharis all because of rudeness.

Had the prime rib special. Meat was fatty and cold. The two tiny onion rings and the two ovals of toast were cold. The only thing that WAS hot was the potato. I've had this meal twice and have been dis-satisfied twice. Won't have it again. Your senior menu is a much better value.

Breakfast potatoes were RAW Sent them back after long wait They came back not well cooked and now my breakfast was COLD. HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM IN THE PAST. Will probably start going to Black bear Diner in the future Keith Hannah. 702-496-6055

It took over an hour to get our food after we placed our order. They were not busy.
