This was not the only time my order was terrible. Food was overcooked and my son wouldn't even eat french fries becuase they were ruined. I gave the waitress my complaint and she laughed. I had to tell her that it was not funny.

I arrived at the restaurant a little before 11:00 on Friday. The restaurant wasn't busy at that time, but the serving staff seemed frenzied; this only became worse. After ordering a small orange juice, which as it turned out was a huge glass and I wasn't told that was the only size, it was delivered at least 20 minutes after my food arrived. In previous years this was my favorite Shari's in my area, but the servers are different (new) people and don't provide the same customer experience; perhaps more servers would help.

My server dud not refill my drinks and was more worried about her other tables. Also did not get my fries when my husband brought home my food.

My friends and I were craving a grilled cheese sandwich last night so we went to Shari's and asked to order a grilled cheese a la carte. After being served, we received our receipts that showed we owed $11.29 for the grilled cheese sandwich. The waitress told us that the price would be different once we paid at the front so we moved to go pay. Once at the front, the manager gave us new receipts, lowering the cost only two dollars, bringing the total to $9.29 for a single grilled cheese sandwich(with no sides, extras, salads, etc). We asked about this unreasonably high price, and the manager then informed us that we had ordered off the Lunch Trio menu, and that they had no way of actually just ordering a grilled cheese sandwich on it's own so two dollars off is the best he could do. $9.29 is a completely ridiculous price for a single grilled cheese sandwich and I would have preferred to have been informed of that while ordering. This complaint has nothing to do with the manager or waitress that waited on us, they were friendly and professional. Assuming that manager is telling the truth, not being able to order a single grilled cheese for less than $9.29 is a flaw in Shari's system.

We came in for an evening dinner with our 3 year old. It took 50 minutes to get our food and we had 2 meals off the lunch menu and her kids meal. We were told it was because one of the cooks had taken their break. I counted and there were only 5 other tables there besides us and not party was over 4 people, a couple tables were only 1 person. When we finally got our food it was poorly put together and did not taste good at all. By the time we got our food my daughter was laying on the booth because she was so tired and didn't even want to eat anymore. From the time we sat down to the time we paid it was 1.5 hours. The waitress was friendly and felt very bad and apologized many times and then left because her shift was over. The manager was there but never approached our table, but played peek-a-boo with my daughter from a distance when she was laying down, not what I want. When we paid they charged my card twice because it was a new gal. The manager came to help her correct it but never asked how our food or service was. Nothing was done to compensate us for the terrible time. I will never return back to eat. I was in the food industry before and this service is poor.

The waitress did not tell us that they were out of the potato soup she just brought one cup and told me that I had to pick something else. the problem is that I can't have the other items that you have. She brought my wife's pie at the same time that she brought her dinner, she got upset when we told her that we would want the pie after we ate and that we wanted it heated with ice cream. This is not the first time that we have had a problem with this waitress. Were not sure if we will ever go back.

I have pretty well told you the problem and like I said I hope you solve the problem. Food is not the quality that it use to be, and the temperature is not hot enough. The problem is not with the waitress but it is in the cooking area or management. My other people that I have breakfast with feel the same way, and other people I talk to says the same, also the price has gone up and the quality has gone down.

I've had this issue multiple times and I'm just tired of fighting this location. The pot smoking incompetent people that are in the kitchen seem to be the problem. But I'm also calling the servers out on the carpet for not checking the food before delivering it to my table. They also don't seem to be communicating with the Kitchen staff about the orders. From a customer perspective I would imagine that the Servers have given up on the kitchen staff at this location. If this is the case then you probably need to look at removing the manger because they aren't doing you any favors at this point. At this point I'm going to make it known that I have no intention of returning to this location. I've been to plenty of other locations and never had a problem. Because of the repeated problem and the servers appearing to have given up on the Kitchen staff I also chose not to leave the server a tip because they are no longer providing me the service that they are paid to. I wouldn't tolerate this out of my employee's, so why are you?
