Brittany (at the location near Best Western Inn at the Meadows, near Portland) was pleasant and knowledgeable and overall lovely! She and a manager (darker haired man, no glasses) were very respectful and careful of my requests as a celiac. She managed to substitute a free Wednesday pie for fruit and whipped cream, and a free menu item for something gluten-free. I felt very respected and cared for, especially as related to my allergy!

The employees were very friendly and helpful in accommodating my friend's gluten allergy. As Canadians who had never been to Shari's, we were very impressed!
