Shari's

Overall this was a good experience - my first time at Shari's. Main issue was the bathroom was not clean but this could have been due to an earlier patron not signaling a problem. The meat was a bit overcooked but I was since told to order a lower level of cooking at Shari's because you often deal with people who mean say, medium when they say medium rare. The pie (strawberry rhubarb) was way too sweet and so was my friend's (she ordered the smores pie). I have a sweet tooth so this was surprising to me

More menu options. Seems the menu could be larger.

There was no toilet paper nor paper towels in the bathroom and the bathroom was not very clean

HAD QUESTION ABOUT THE SPECIAL OFFER I RECEIVED OVER THE ENTERNET. ALTHOUGH IT WAS BUSY, I WAS NOT HELPED BY 2 DIFFERENT WAIT PERSONS AND AFTER 10 MINUTES OF BEING IGNORED ANOTHER WAITRESS NAMED APRIL NOTICED CAME AWAY FROM HER ASSIGNED TABLES AND HELPED WITH A FRENDLY SMILE AND QUICK RESOLVE.

The order was not timely. Service slow but improved with time.

The pie I ordered three days before was for 2:00. They did not have the order. And I think it was a different pie than I recall from before.

It was just a bad night all the way around :0(

The prior visit was horrible! The food was almost "cold". The service was not acceptable. It took an extremely "long" time to receive our food especially when we witnessed other guests receiving their food before us when they were also seated after us. The original server we had was not available, so another server took over the service of our table. Not explanation was given, and I had to ask why we didn't have the server who took our order. The overall experience was poor.

Waitress seemed a bit new at the job perhaps. But very good experience overall. No complaints.
