Of the 3 of us at this visit, 1 has defintiont in visual apperance and tase. The rest of us were served with good food.

we ordered tator tots app and it came at same time as meal. too long.

It seemed like our waitress, Jaime, didn't want to be there. Like she was either called in on her day off or was having to work an extra shift. In any case, it was apparent to all of us that she was not in a pleasant mood. That's VERY bad. You NEVER let a customer aware of your bad day or that you are upset about something. Luckily, I'm a regular at this Shari's and know that this type of service is not the norm.

The pies need some work. Too much whip cream on all of them - it's unnecessary. The fresh strawberry pie one week was great, this week it had a glaze that was cloyingly sweet and took away from the fresh strawberries. Very disappointing.

Service was slow, we ordered to-go and they didn't know what kind of pies we ordered even though we placed our order on the website and we had to tell the manager what kind we ordered. Then they got our entree order completely wrong and we didnt realize until we got back to our hotel. The restaurant wasn't eveb busy.

Was sat in a booth that had a broken seat. Wasn't offered to sit elsewhere. I was able to sit on the far left portion that wasn't broken so it was OK. Told several people that the seat was broken. Next time, I think I will be a bit more noisy in demanding to sit in a seat that isn't broken, if placed in a broken seat again.

* Servers were busy so drink delivery, drink refill, receipt of food, etc, all took significantly longer than normal. * I eat at this Shair's weekly so I'm familiar with the normal level of service and it felt understaffed today.

Loud, messing and the waitess took a long time to bring menus.

My experience was just average. Nothing outstanding.

I was highly satisfied.
