The GM Dianna resolved an issue for me with uber eats. For some reason the biscuits and gravy were missing from my order. Dianna had a very sweet employee deliver my biscuits and gravy because there's NO luck at getting a matter resolved with uber eats in an efficient or timely manner. The customer service is out of the country and promo offered for $5 doesn't even cover half the menu item, although the service itself is extremely handy to me and I do use it regularly, and usually without issues most times. But when there is an issue, I find myself very frustrated with lack of resolution to issues, but mostly find myself MORE frustrated after calling them. So, your Delta Park GM, Dianna, absolutely rocks! She was so kind and helpful in resolving the issue no matter whose fault is was. I just knew calling Shari's was the only hope for truly resolving the matter rather than ruining my morning on the phone with uber eats for 45 mins. Thank you again!

We always enjoy our time, and meal, at this Shari's. Elishia is a sweet girl, and very attentive to our needs.

They were punctual, and informative. the Quiche was cold and tasted funny. the salad was good! The lemon sourcream pie was excellent.

Same deal, Satisfied just as good as "Highly" satisfied. Don't need that category.

The waitress Mary Beth was fantastic..the manager even came over to our table and asked how everything was. I eat at Sharia all the time...i will for sure come back.
