they were pretty busy & the waitress was ok but not very friendly & did not ask us if we wanted certain things on our food

The place was busy and it took longer than normal to order, receive the food, and get the check.

Did not like flavor of gravy on pot roast and mashed potatoes. Generally like food and restaurant.

Server not attentive. Slow service. Empy ketch and A1 served to our table. Food not hot, soup cold...returned and she microwaved it....sloppy service and server gone for long periods of time...could not careless attitude of not wanting to serve anyone

Because they keep the temperature WAY too cold with too many fans blowing. It is enough to keep me and my boyfriend from eating at Sharis in the winter months. GET RID OF ALL THE FANS, or at least allow them to be shut off when it's too cold.

They were very busy so I'm not unhappy or anything. It happens. It just took kind of long to get seated and they forgot our salads. We did eventually receive them so it was okay. The staff was very friendly!
