My food was cold and when I brought it to my servers attention she offered to microwave it. Who the heck wants reheated food? I pay for FRESH food, not reheated food.

TOOK A WHILE FOR THE FOOD TO COME. STAFF DIDN'T CHECKT THROUGHOUT THE MEAL OFTEN ENOUGH. BUT ONE WAIT STAFF, DARCY, WAS TAKING CARE OF HER TABLES, SERVING AS THE HOSTESS, AND NOTICED THAT WE WERE TRYING TO GET THE ATTENTION OF WAIT STAFF SHE ASKED WHAT WE NEEDED, WE TOLD HER MORE COFFEE, AND SHE BROUGHT US THE COFFEE CARAFE, EVEN THOUGH WE WEREN'T HER TABLE.

It took a long time to even get the attention of the staff to get seated. One server said, "be with you in a minute" and then went to bring drinks to one table, check on another, then disappear into the back. Finally another server came over and asked if we wanted a seat. Then, we ordered soup of the day. The server told us it was unavailable. Then we tried another item (gluten free bread). The server didn't know if you had any. We had to wait until she found out. Then we finally got to order our food. Very disorganized, even though our server was very nice.

burger was good. fries were good. Ordered chocolate shake. Other sharis choc shakes are great. this one texture bad, like melted wendy frosty, not the same as hand-scooped ice cream with milk and syrup. Paid near six bucks for tepid fake milk shake. Usually shake comes in fountain glass with extra in metal mixing cup. Not this time. Very disappointed. What is wrong with you people. It was like ordering meat loaf and finding it was half sawdust and oatmeal.

Constant stream of gamblers going past ouR table to the ATM was very annoying. Also having two dogs barking At each othER somewhere in the back was not appropriate either.

Chose to sit at counter for faster service and was served by Manager before any Staff acknowledged I was there. Had a question about adding an egg to a breakfast and had to place the entire order before I could get the answer (went with my back-up order instead). Cook under cooked the eggs and placed them in the window HOPING the heat lamp would finish them while waiting for Country Fried Steak to fry up and Hot Cakes to finish. Should have had the EGGS be the item other food was waiting for as the eggs were over easy not over medium when I received them and basically had a egg desert as the rest of the meal was gone by the time I got the replacements. Do not use my LOCAL restaurant because of other issues and thought I would give this location a try but find it also has similar issues, too bad GOOD help is so HARD to find. Maybe paying better then minimum wage might be the answer.

The lady at the register was pressuring me to apply for a sharis card when I had already declined. Also, I wanted to order a pie shake.
