Shari's

the waiter was great. but the lady bringing food out misquoted prices (said mac and cheese was $3.99 but it was actually 5.99 and very small portion and not hot.) and never brought out our apple juice. think they comped that though. so that was nice.

I ordered 19 pies ahead of time and 1 at the time I picked it up. I specifically asked the lady helping me if all the pies were labeled so I knew what was what. She assured me they were. Out of the 19 I ordered ahead of time, only 7 of them were labeled......It made it very difficult to identify some of them as I ordered many kinds.

My food was undercooked visibly. My pancakes had shells or something hard in them. The sausage in the gravy looked like hotdogs so it was either undercooked or very poor choice of meat in the gravy.

My husbands order was not even what he ordered. He said it tasted like they had just thrown it together and looked like it also. It was suppose to have pastrami on it and none was on it but he did get the double burgers he asked for. He said it tasted horrible.

The Chicken Dinner that i had was a new menu item. The chicken was very greasy, overbreaded, and not fresh. i did not even take some home for my kitty it was so bad. it is a good thing i had enough rewards to take off five dollars or i would have complained more at the time. i eat at this restaurant once a week at least and this was the worst menu item i have ever had

Our server was covering both sides of the dining area and another server on our side had plenty of time to attend to our table but ignored us. Food delivery was SLOW after we finally got to order, thus some food was cold. Staffing assignments were not appropriate for the guest load, should have been adjusted.

Waited too long to be greeted for a table. Parking Lot had trash, and not appealing when eating. Food under the table we were seated at. Found what looked like dental floss in my food. The patron when paying my bill did not have the manager come to our table to resolve the problems, and the patron did not adjust the bill with the problems we encounter. Should not have been charged after experiencing so many issues with this restaurant location. Very poor in general.

I ordered the holiday special in ham. It came to the table after a long time. The potatoes were just warm and there was Turkey gravy over the whole meal. I asked the waitress why. She said that was how it is prepared. When paying I brought up the problem again and the cashier said it had been a mistake. I think they should have exchanged it or refunded my money. Neither was done

No longer have the thingsI like the best. No longer get my pie without additional fee on lunch trio. Coupons, once in a very long time. Shari's was one of my favorite places, but other than your split pea soup, you do not have much a draw for us.

This Shari's Location gives us often poor seating We are a black and white couple and they often want to seat us at the back of the Restaurant, Katie the hostess this afternoon was going to seat us at the back of the restaurant at a table when there were 4 or 5 booths available. She did not ask us if we wanted a table or booth. And she did not care that we were unhappy. We have had this problem at the Shari's by Vancouver mall also. They never care that we were unhappy, It just created a problem for them. You never seat Black customers at the Black of the Restaurant when there are other options!!
