The server had the worst attitude. Complained about going on break the entire time during a rush. Neglected tables. My glass was dirty with a lipstick stain.

I felt the waitress was to busy to service us , we had to ask for everything we needed to have that she should of asked or just brought to our table . we ordered fish and chip for dinner , no tarter sauce on either plate. for the price I figured 3 pieces of fish , but 2 small pieces , .no refills on water , so really the waitress was terrible . I am sure if we had a different waitress things might of been different . very dissatisfied with this restaurant ( Marcy 231819 ) and your service mike

I am 62, I ordered the "Honored Seafood" item on the back of the menu. The fried shrimp were almost black from over frying, the one little piece of cod fish was so small and the vegetables were extremely over cooked leaving absolutely no flavor at all. For $11.59 it was not at all worth the price. I was very disappointed. I will never order that again and I now question the quality of meals prepared at Shari's.

This is our first time to this Shari's. We usually go to the Airport Way one. The prime ribs that my wife and I ordered were both very dry and over cooked. Not a great value for the price that we paid.

Waitress was inattentive and not friendly. My Grandparents were disappointed with her services and the food was burnt

I ordered the stuffed hashbrown platter with the top sirloin medium rare. The steak was cooked medium well, no bacon on the hashbrown and the good was barely warm.

1. Granddaughter ordered chocolate shake. The waitress came to the table and said she made a strawberry shake and would that be ok. Granddaughter said no. 2. I ordered fish and chips with tater tots.I received fries. 3. The fish serving size of the fish left a lot to imagination and little to substance. Felt like asking"where's the fish" 4. My wife ordered a garden burger and was dismayed to find the burger was sandwiched between flatbread slices instead of a burger bun. 5. My granddaughters mini burgers came with both parties of burger burnt and uneatable The waitress offered free dessert as compensation.

First I sat for a while before ordering, them I Sat for a while and had to ask for my coffee. Before my order came, the manager collected money from a gal next to me, and brought her change bacteria to her. She then turned and fiddled with the food on 3 plates, then carried them to someone's table. I stopped her and ask if she wouldn't mind washing her hands before handling my food. She did wash her hands. When my food got to me the bacon was so crunchy, it made my vision bounce as I chewed. They obviously changed venders on the cinnamon french toast, because it didn't have the heal, nor the the texture. In fact it was the mushiest french toast over ever eaten. Tasted almost like water soaked bread.

Salad was dry didn't look fresh...steak was served too soon was cold when I was done with salad........roll was cold

Server, Marcy, was dismissive and in an obvious rush. Never returned to offer coffee refills. Waitress asked how everything was as she whisked past our table, not waiting for our answer. When she took our order she rushed us. Chicken dinner had mac and cheese that was not good. Coffee grounds in the coffee. When we paid the bill, the waitress was impatient with our 90 year old mother while she did the math for the tip, then she rushed her when our mom did the incorrect tip amount at over $8, waitress didn't wait for her to change it. We were supposed to get $5 off from the coupon on the receipt from a meal we had at another Shari's that same morning. We were chastised for not ordering the free cinnamon roll (from prior survey) when ordering our meal but she said I'll come back for your pie choice that came with my dinner. The waitress said "I have already rung up the total and you should have mentioned this all at the beginning; she showed frustration that we wanted to be charged correctly and wouldn't help us any longer; she moved to the other cash register and began helping other customers.
