Shari's

Have visited various Shari's for over a decade....Oregon City Shopping Center, Oregon City Berry hill, West Linn, Wilsonville, Delta Park, and more. During the past year, there has been a very noticeable decline in customer service. We have ceased to visit four of the aforementioned facilities because of the gross negligence that we experience. After ONE MORE TRY, we will not be going back to ANY Shari's facilities; nor will we make a recommendation to anyone. Bad Customer Service from the time of arrival through serving or meal. Took over 15 minutes to be seated (facility was 30% occupied), my food was cold and was served 15-20 minutes before my wife's was served. I presume all whole Shari's chain will be out of business within a year so a coupon is not necessary......we wouldn't use it anyway!!!

I was no impressed with the service note I believe their was 1 over run waitress she was ask twice by me for my drink the third time my husband got up and ask she didn't bring the lava cake first and had to be ask for it after my granddaughter didn't even get the lemon she ask for I'm a disabled grandma of 3 girls and called them up at their friends saying meet me at shari's get what you want they choose for us to sit with them we had a fun time and bad service so bad I didn't leave a tip and my mother was a waitress so I know how hard they work but this was the worse experience iv'e had enough to shame me in front of their freinds

Was given attitude that I was bothering them to have a seat. Drink came quickly. Order placed quickly. Hamburger was overcooked. Fries were cold. Onion rings were cold. Finished 1/3rd of meal. Had to ask for check. No one asked how dinner was. Poor service.

My biscuits had almost no gravy, stuffed hash browns where tiny, bacon was old and chewy and my eggs were under cooked.

My husband and I ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger to split. They split it and gave is 6 fries a piece which seemed small even though we were splitting them. The waitress ask if we wanted more fries and we said yes. She brought us a kids order of fries. at least that was what was charged extra to our bill. We felt we should not have been charged at all for the extra fries since we didn't get a full order with our burger. And on top of that the burger was overcooked, dry and no dressing on it at all, plus it had only 1 piece of bacon and no cheese? a Bacon Cheese Burger should have at least 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese and some kind of sauce like mayo or special dressing. Very displeased with the whole order.

It took over 20 minutes to get drinks and another 10 minutes to place our order. When we finally received our order, it was obvious that my ham and cheese omelet had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite some time.

We made a special plan to come for prime rib night. The large, 15 Oz I believe was very tasty. My husband ordered it so I had a few bites. I however ordered the 8oz prime rib. It was the most discussing I have ever had. It was very obviously heated or reheated in a microwave. The edges were rock hard and curled under. When our waitress came to check on us we sent it back. But the next piece was pretty much the same. There was no seasoning whatsoever even on it. Very bummed at the waisted time and money spent tonight.

The waitress Jennifer, make two milkshake that both were not what I ordered and not what I wanted. The manger was very helpful and willing to make it right. For a tip I feel like if you are gonna go outside and smoke that you at least air out so the non smoking people that come to eat aren't going to lose thier appetite. I'm just saying you are a restaurant hungry people is your business

Our meal and our service was EXCELLENT!! We love Sharis!! We love the "Club" benefits. Of all our options coming home to Battle Ground WA from Hillsboro Or we specifically choose the Sharis at Delta Park. Never again will I go there after dark. When we went to leave the parking lot has NO lights...it's too dark for old people and families to get to their vehicles. The parking slots are TOO Narrow. We stepped out of the restaurant into what felt like a DRUG zone, there were activities going on out there that was scary. When we got into our vehicle the car next to us thought we had bumped his door and he came out of his car with a bear bottle in his hand shaking his fist and yelling at us. I didn't know what to do except to lock our doors and lay down rubber to get out of there as fast as I could. My 84 year husband said he didn't bump the guys door.. I don't know why he was sitting in the car drinking but the way he came after us I didn't know if he had more weapons and with all the shootings in Portland we were very afraid. I hope they clean up their parking lot and soon...add lights!

Never received my order, you ran out of baked potato's, food came on a cold plate, asked for some hot mashed potato's and they came on a cold plate, which caused them to be cold. Chicken strips were cooked to much, 92 year old Mom could not eat them ( to crispy). Ordered a 1/2 sandwich, soup, pie form senior menu, got a whole sandwich and no pie.
