My order cost $6.00 more than what the stated price on the menu .Not a very up front way of doing business

No other jelly for my toast as Sharis jelly is disgusting & full of seeds. I was unable to eat my toast that I am still expected to pay for even though I cannot eat it! My omelette had hairy moldy blue cheese which tasted like pure mold. & im a blue cheese fan. I know my blue cheese & this cheese was rotten & moldy The orange slices were dry wilted & looked & felt like it was on the floor for a week & then put on my plate as a garnish. Rotten! I took pictures of it all. So disgusting. Our waitress never said sorry let me talk to someone. As I told her about all these issues. Waited came back & took my coffee off my bill. Hahaha whoopty Doo! I could've been made sick & couldn't eat my entire meal & she takes my coffee off the bill! Wow!!! I eat at Sharis everywhere I travel at least once or twice a week & after this experience in done with your restraunts.

When we placed our order we informed the server that we wanted separate tickets, myself and my son one ticket and my sister her ticket. It took quite awhile for our order to come and our orders were not difficult. When we finally received it my sisters tots were cold and hard as a rock and my food was completely cold!! We were so hungry so we tried to eat our meal. I was only able to eat a small portion of my meal and my sister didn't eat hardly any of her tots. When bringing it to the attention to who we thought was the manager he laughed and said he would take the tots off her ticket! When we got our bill her food was on my bill and part of mine on hers and there was only a part of the cost of the tots were taken off!! HORRIBLE experience!!! We most likely won't return to this location nor tell friends to go. We felt like it was a joke to them!!!

First I was served old tater tots that had been sitting in grease for a while it looked like. I cook this food at my job so I know what it's supposed to look like. I told a man there looked like some kind of manager he told he would take care of it the waitress told me that he took care of it but on my bill I only got one dollar and some change off. And now this morning I have been throwing up the very food I was erved last night. I was sent home from my job this morning because of it so now I'm losing even more money in all this. I have never had food poisoning but I can only say it is that because now my 7 year old nephew who was with me is sick this morning too his mom kept him home from school. Terrible experience.

First off we came in when it was very slow and it took several minutes to be seated. One waitress introduced herself and then never returned to our table but continued to serve the tables around. Our second waitress did not know the menu at all when we asked for details on the toppings of a burger and if we could have cheese on our fries. I ordered the malted waffle and it came out cold and under cooked. We could not get anyone's attention when we wanted refills on our drinks and were pretty much ignore despite being very friendly.

There was hair on my food, the pancake that came with my meat skillet. I asked the lady at the register if the wear a hair net because i found hair in my food. This older blonde lady, I assumed was the manager, claimed the hair was mine. The disturbing part was the hair she showed me was not the one I found on my food, it was a another hair. She was quite rude and not only did she not apologize, sge blamed me for having hair on my food. She was a very disgusting person and if that was Sharis is all about, then Dennys it is. The waitress seemed upset and took my sons food in a hurry without asking if we wanted a doggie bag. We have money and had no intention of getting a free meal. We just wanted to have breakfast to start bringing in the new year. Sharis Delta Park 161 employees have some serious issue. The nicest employee there was the bust boy who was kind enough to show me the bathroom so i could vomit. Please remove that old lady with the nasty personality... Thought sharis was more family oriented.. Thank you for your time.

Waitress did not inform us they were out of marina. Suace. Took forever to place order, receive refills, get help with problem. Manager never came back with refill. Manager was rude when waiting to be seated. Waitress brought back wrong soda and never offered to refill my water. Slow service

It was a comedy of errors -- but not funny after looking forward to a pleasant Christmas dinner. First waitress couldn't provide soda because all glasses were being watched. Waitress #2 brought soda later. Waitress #3 took our food order. We waited for 20-30 minutes to get food, brought to us from waitress #2. My pot roast was like glue, and the mashed potatoes were cold. When she showed up, she saw I hadn't eaten the pot roast, so she took my dinner off the tab. That was fine, and I appreciated it. We put $4 on the table for the waitress. As we waited in line to pay, I saw waitress #3 (who we had never seen again) take the tip for herself. No one checked how we were doing during dinner. When I got to the cashier after a long line, she kept answering the ringing phone, and was too busy for me to tell her about what seemed to be the stolen tip. It was hard to not be disappointed with the day.

I ordered a cappuccino and there was a lip stick mark on the side, the cup obviously wasn't washed properly, I tell the waitress and she just says "oh, I'll get you a new one" she never apologized or offered to take the cappuccino off our receipt. She handled it very poorly.
