was greeted at the door upon my arrival by Angelina. After seating me, she asked if Id like something to drink. She brought my coffee post haste. Turns out, Angelina is also me server! After pointing out several things on the menu, she went and turned the order in. After a very short wait, the food was served, and as expected was very good. Angelina should be praised for her manners and knowledge of the menu. Thank You Angelina.....

I was highly satisfied due to the server, Jose. My dad use to come into this location weekly and had not been there for at least a year, my dad is severely head injured. Jose was our server and he immediately walked up to my dad and gave him a side hug and remembered him. Jose knew what my dad ate, exactly how he liked his steak and coffee, that my dad would want tobasco sauce, and what he would want for desert. It blew us away that the server would remember all this for my dad and it really makes my dad feel special! All he customers Jose sees a year and he still remembered my dad, it really made our lunch extra special.

Corrin service always great

I had the most marvelous waitress - I think that she is one of the managers that works there - her name is Polly. Polly is a true asset to Shari's Restaurant and I hope to see her again when I go back to Shari's here in Lynnwood WA. She has a complete knowledge of the menu items and everything she answered for me was true. The food was to die for and so was the pie that I chose. Although the restaurant was very busy, no one hurried me to leave or anything like that - this is really a nice place that you can count on to get a better than good meal! Thankyou so much Polly for all of your help and the work that you did that night. I had a wonderful time! See you again!

Being Christmas, I understand it being busy. Polly was such a doll with my kids. My artistic son has a hard time with new people, so when he opened up a bit to her, I was shocked. The whole time we were there, they were best friends. I'd never seen my son that happy talking to a stranger, so we stayed a little longer and enjoyed the lava cake. I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas. Thank you!

My family and I went to Sharis last week on Christmas for dinner. Although we had to wait a period of time to be seated, but we were finally seated with the help of a lovely waitress named Polly. She was a tremendous waitress who helped my family. And despite the fact that the restaurant was understaffed she worked her tail off the whole night. She is an asset to your restaurant.

The serving staff are the best in the area. They are friendly and give just the perfect amount of attention - not too much, not to little. They keep me coming back because they have been there for years. This is especially great in the age of fast employee turnover due to poor management and/or lack of good leadership - management treating employees as disposable causing high employee turnover leading to poor service.

This was one of our best waiter service experiences ever with Scott in charge of our table. He was very friendly, informative and very attentive to our needs.

I wanted to order a specific salad that I thought only came as a choice for the Pick Three. The waitress quickly pointed out it would be no problem to order that salad by itself. And she said it as though the restaurant would do this just for me! She's a real sweetheart!
