friendly waiter, Jose, very good service. excellent food

Satisfied with service and food but I believe it to be overpriced. $5.49 for a single milkshake? $8 for pancakes? I was told that a price increase was just implemented. Please consider lowering some of the prices. Thanks.

There tables available but not enough wait staff to clear the used tables and seat new customers.

You have under trained cooks "Who" do not care what the customer wants, this is from the servers. The food is usually under cooked or way over cooked or they forget what to put on your plate. The cooks are all Hispanic and they have not been trained to what Americans want in their food. I have complained so many times I can't count the times. I have been going to this Sharis for 25 years and in 25 years it has goon down hill at a contentious rate for years. to me now it is like going to Denny's, it's getting that bad. I had called and placed an order to pick up a pie. When I got to the counter I was completely ignored by any and all staff there. One was clearly a manager too. I was not happy to be ignored for several minutes before I was helped.

We usually come into Shari's once every one month or two for breakfast. My wife usually orders pancakes as part of her breakfast. Pancakes lacked the usual fluffiness the pancakes usually have and were smaller in size. Usually quality is exceptional. Normally we come in during the weekday; this time was during weekend.

I tried an omlett. Very bland. Skimpy on the cheese and mushrooms. The mushrooms were not as fresh as I wanted. The temperature was good and the presentation was fine.
