My friend ordered biscuits and gravy. Was told later that they ran out. He was disappointed and had toast instead but was kind of bummed.

The gravy on the biscuits and gravy did not have much flavor. Most of the time our food is very good.

Tried the salmon omlet for something different. Was ok, but not to my overall liking taste wise.

I am satisfied with the speed, service, price & taste of the two pies we bought!

Initial cup of coffee was hot but caraf was cold. Server got another which was hot. Satisfied means satrisfied. Highly satisfied means something really unusual. I'm always happy with Sharis's service and food.

My wife and I were waiting to be seated another couple came in behind us and told hostess Shelby that we were ahead of them. Shelby started to seat us but said table was not clean and we needed to wait. She then took the other couple and seated them ahead of us. After waiting several more minutes she finally seated us. She got drinks right away and we asked her 3 times for silverware and napkins but never got them. Our server Tony brought us silverware and napkins when he realized that Shelby had not done it. Tony is a fantastic server and if it was not for him we would have walked out based on the way we were treated by Shelby. Normally don’t complain but feel management needs to hear about this.

It was OK, but didn't seem real friendly. We heard that it had been a very hectic day, so the staff were probably worn out. It didn't bother us, but also didn't make us feel very warm toward the visit.

The attentiveness to me by the waitperson was spotty. It was as if my business was only marginally important to the staff. Please note that the staff was friendly, the food was prepared accurately, and very tasty.

my first visit. very busy Sunday morning. Any restraint needs to earn my "highly satisfied" rating.

The bread on my sandwich was dry, didn't seem fresh. Waitress seemed to be waiting on too many tables, not enough staff on hand. Not her fault!
