Shari's

This was late at night, and the restaurant wasn't very busy, so I expected the food to arrive a little more quickly. It's also better to receive the salad up front, not with the sandwich. I miss the onions that used to be a part of the salad, too.

The menu description was not what was served, and the server seemed a little harried and not well organized.

The night crew rarely answers the phone for call in orders. If they do, it is only after I call several times.

I was highly satisfied. It has been a long time since I have eaten at sharis.

I'd come in primarily to redeem my "birthday pie," but it wasn't available on my account. The server made it happen anyway, which was appreciated. But I didn't receive any points for what I did pay for. I don't know if I'm going to bother with the club card in the future; it's become too much of a hassle.

Shari's has cut down the portions on their food and normally we have faster service than we had at this visit

The atmosphere seems to be changing with the retirement of the original manager. Shari's prices are no longer competitive with other similar restaurants in the area.

Special on fish and chips @ $9.99. Waiter asked regular? Didn't realize that meant full size order @$12.99.
