A customer was talking loudly on his phone about a car purchase. Distracting. Heard all over the restaurant not the Waitresses fault!!!

I was satisfied with the scramble eggs and cottage cheese. My husband did not like the Apple Pie we purchased to take home. He felt the apples when not cooked. We would not purchase another apple pie. His steak was done to his specifications. However, we thought the sign on the window was misleading. We thought the prime rib was half priced. Instead it was a bottle of wine half priced. Neither of us drink. The price of the prime rib was more than we would pay for the meal. Maybe you could offer nondrinkers a half priced soft drink or something. We will come again.

For the most part, it was a good visit. I would say that our server was not as friendly nor attentive as she could be. It wasn't particularly busy, so I'm not sure why this was the case. For example, she din't ask if I needed my drink refilled until I was finished with my meal, even though it had been low for some time.

The server was inattentive. He only asked if he could refill my companions drink after we had finished the meal, and I never managed to get a second cup of hot tea. The biggest problem was when our server rang us up. Three times I told him I wanted to purchase a pie separate from the order, but he charged it all together (to my companion) anyway. And the pie was frozen solid and mushy and disgusting when it finally thawed.

I ordered a piece of Boston cream pie. The cream and the chocolate of the pie did not taste very good. They tasted rather artificial and not made with real ingredients. The crust did not taste very good either. It tasted somewhat like cardboard. This all surprised me because I have usually always had good pies at Shari's. I had a few bites but could not finish this piece of pie. I did not get a refund, nor was I offered one. I think that when you have surveys to make sure customers are being satisfied, that there should be some refund-type provision available to make a customer feel happy again about coming to Shari's. was greeted and seated by Angerina who was most capable and had a good attitude. After bringing my order, she asked if I wanted anything else. She was very polite. Thank you Angerina!

There is always room for improvement. One of my dining partner had coffee and the little coffee carafe for refills was not left at the table until the end of our meal.

Basically it was good but picture on menu exceed what you get. Food warm but not hot.

I am very upset that you changed menus during the week. As senior citizens we get the best value with the past menus that included breakfast specials Mon-Fri. Since you changed menus we go to Sharis less frequently even though the staff at the Lynnwood, WA location is excellent. We know of other customers who feel as we do. On the last visit we noticed there were fewer patrons than we have seen there for a very long time for breakfast.

I hate your new menu. Too many items have gone missing, including many of my favorites. What is left of the breakfast menu looks like a mere afterthought. Heck, last time I was at a Shari's on Wednesday, I told my wife that it wasn't even worth the free pie anymore.
