Regular customer. I noticed the drastic change of prices on the menu. The T-bone steak was no longer offered. The price of pies also skyrocketed. Service is still excellent.

Actually, things were fine, it's just that I'm so spoiled by the service we get with Maria (Mia). The gals and I are weekly guests and, as I said, Mia, without hesitation, knows our particular likes without asking. She happened to be off during this visit - I hope for some much deserved fun and goodness. Nothing against Sharon, who served us - she was great. Compliments to her. But please let Mia know she's got big shoes to fill and there's just no one like her - we love, LoVe, LOVE her!!

My daughter cannot eat onion/gallium or peppers/capsaicin. The biscuits & gravy was served with Paprika. Kyle, our server was very apologetic and promptly put in a replacement order. He had to request it 3-4 times before the order was filled. Kyle continued to be apologetic and diligent in his efforts to take care of our needs.

I go to sharis for breakfast most Saturdays and some sundays. The meal I order 90% of the time has been has been discontinued. Corned beef hash. I mainly went there for that meal. I have tried most of the other meals and am not really satisfied. To be honest, you may lose me as a customer. Sorry.

To be highly satisfied requires being surprised or not expecting the service I received. Or, in the cleanliness aspect, being very impressed beyond what I thought would be true. Thus, for the most part, I was satisfied with my experience.

I was mostly highly satisfied. I probably got enough food but I could have used more. I'm just greedy I guess.
