Pie Shake was served in the tin holder rather than the shake/soda glass. Food taste was okay but nothing above and beyond. The fruit served could have been fresher.

I ordered the pot roast dinner. I asked if there were onions in this dish. The server said no--or maybe a small amount. When the order came, there were lots of pearl onions in the bowl, and it was topped with crispy onions. I talked to the server who took the bowl and came back a short time later with a serving that had no onions. There was a problem at first, but she corrected it immediately.

We sat next to the mini kitchen area, so it was a little bit noise. Waitress did not check back at all.

Our waiter was pleasant but not genuine. He was speedy but at the cost of customer service and accuracy. My husband asked for mashed potatoes instead of mac & cheese with his fried chicken and the server made a point of telling us that he did not think it was possible because there was no way to override the POS system for that menu item. Then he indicated he would ask his manager and hope she didn't get mad at him for asking. We didn't return to let us know if the request was possible before bringing our food. The substitution was on the plate. Our food arrived very quickly, almost too quickly as the server completely forgot my husband's salad. With the speed the meal arrived I was didn't melt and the hashbrowns tasted of old oil. Ironically we had been in twice previously in recent weeks and had fantastic service and good food. We commented to each other at the time that it seemed management had changed as the staff and food had greatly improved. Those visits had been on a weekday afternoon and a Sunday afternoon. Sadly the Saturday night team did not live up to these new standards but was more like less desirable experiences we had previously.

We had to wait for the waiter to take our food order about 20 minutes. He went by us and told us he had an order to give to some people and would be right back, he came about 20 minutes later, took our order and we didn't see him again until he brought the food about 15 minutes later. He had a waitress take an order for him but not us. The service was very poor.

Too few options for vegetarians.

The price for the portion I felt cheated
