First cup of coffee was old and bitter. Sent it back. Second cup was fresher, but was not worth drinking. I think it has something to do with the poor quality of the coffee. If you're going to feature pies (which is what I had) as one of your main attractions, you'd better serve good coffee to go with it. Here in Seattle, we know what good coffee tastes like. The stuff I got tonight wasn't it. I suspect that the corporate bean counter have been continually chiseling costs to the point where you folks are selling the crappiest coffee you can get away with. That might pass with 2 am drunks in New Jersey, but not here. Also, my wife's quiche was not heated properly. On the positive side, our server was most attentive and professional.

When my family and I came to visit Shari's I noticed that is was quite busy in the restaurant and that it was terribly understaffed. It seemed as if there weren't enough servers to properly manage the amount of people in the restaurant. Too few servers were forced to do a larger share of the work.

It took a while to place our order. There was another waitress (not ours) who called our waitress and told her we were ready to order. We had to ask for water etc. Not sure if she was new. THis was Halloween and the restaurant was not overly crowded. I had the country fried chicken from the honors menu. It just did not have the appearance it has had in the past. It was good though so that is all that matters.

Our waitress, RaeLynn, was good. She took our credit- and Shari's cards from the table. But she did not return with a charge slip to sign. After fifteen minutes we went to the check-out station to try to find the cards. The cashier was taking a take-out order from a customer. He ignored us. After fifteen minutes (really!) he finally decided (correctly!) that this take-out customer was taking too much time and asked the many waiting customers if he could finally help them. Yes, please! So it took about thirty minutes to check-out. Unbelievable. This is no way to treat your regular customers. Please don't do that again.

With several servers visible behind the counters and towards the kitchen, including the manager, there were several families waiting for tablesomeone and more thenery 5 people in line to pay. I was not greeted for almost 10 minutes. Looking around there were 6 tables cleaned and vacant. Ranging from 1 seat at the counter to full corner booths. Once I was greeted "are you on the list yet?" And told them it would be just me. She did not even look at the list to try and seat anyone let alone the open counter seat right by her. I was able to use the restroom and return to see no change in the waiting group or the paying group. Once seated it was a better experience. However I was seated a 2 person booth. We walked right the counter seat? The management of the front end obviously isn't managed very well....

First of all, the eggs I ordered were cold right as I got them, secondly the price of my food went up an suprising amount and lunch trio was more limited of its option(Used to be able to get better options).

Waited a Long time to order, all we wanted was dessert. Then it took a long time to get our milkshakes. Not a great experience. It took us 5 years to try this restaurant again, and I was not thrilled.

The staff was highly over worked not enough to get the job done. The steak i got was very stringy and could not cut through easily. This is the worst visit at your restaurant, I have had better experience here in the past. Will be a while before i go again.

Wanted the slow roasted turkey as specified on the menu. Received pressed fried turkey that seemed dry.
