We sat the table 23 min before we got any water and another 15 min before someone come by I ask maybe we could sit in another section the Waiter said I have to take care of the whole place all sections. Another 10 mins before we ordered. We waited another 23 mins for the food to come. Forget the check we got tired of waiting we to the cashier to pay by that time about 4 other people started to come to work. I gave the cashier my credit card and explained I have the forgotten my card for points I can give you my phone number, I ask did you understand she said yes after I sign the receipt I ask how many points do I have. "oh I forgot to add them on" well you fix it? No she said too late,

When our food was brought to the table, the wait person said, he would get us refills and be back. We discovered our problems with the food. We waited and waited so we could tell him when he brought our refills. Then we noticed that he came inside the restaurant after a break. I got up to tell him about the problems with the food and we still needed our refills. The ham and cheese omelet had no ham in it. The stuffed hashbrowns were real crispy on the top and bottom. The had very little cheese and sour cream in them. So, i asked for bacon, which when received, it was burnt. My wife's fish was well over cooked. This particular wait person is always very friendly, it was just an off night with the service and the food. We have visited three times over the past month and this was the worst visit.

I have been going to Sharis for years. I always get one of the breakfast quiches. This trip, I received a smaller than normal slice, on a regular dinner plate, and nothing else on the plate. It always came with fruit and a biscuit before. I asked the server about the fruit and he brought a small plate with 3 small pieces of melon. I was very disappointed. I could have bought an entire quiche at the store next door for the same price.

I have been coming to This Sharis location for over 10 years now, i have never had this bad horrible costumer service before, Lisa was the worst server ever!! She never came back to ask if I needed something. Very very bad experience

Once Lisa went off shift at about 8PM we were forgotten. No bill, no follow up, we had to practically grab another wait person to just get a coffee refill. Not sure what happened but it wasn't like we were sitting in the kitchen or anything.

Ordered the senior menu sirloin medium well done - it was bloody and had a fishy taste The pie I received has stale This quite possibly the worrst meal I have ever eaten at a Shari's

We waited a while just to give our name for a table. After we ordered, the waiter brought out 3 meals and 3 of us were almost done before the 4th meal was brought out (a grilled cheese sandwich!) because the waiter forgot it. We tried to get his attention several times, but he was hard to catch. When leaving, I stood in front of the cashier for 9 minutes while she went through a pile of receipts, she never acknowledged me. The other cashier helped 3 other people who had come up after I did; I finally went over to that register (still never acknowledged by 1st cashier). The second cashier seemed annoyed that I went to his line, I don't think he wanted to help anyone else. The waiter apologized for forgetting the 4th meal, but it was an overall disappointing experience. Usually we love Shari's, but not this time.

New to area, this was our first visit to Shari's. Empty restaurant, stood waited for employee to seat us for about five minutes. Keep in mind the whole place was empty except us and 2 other tables. I counted 3 wait staff looking over at us...seated, meal came, one plate was missing main ingredient, meal drinks were not served. Our waitress came over with our bill before we even got half way through our meal to let us know she was leaving for break. Would have loved to try the desserts but we couldn't get anyone over to our table after "our" waitress left! Also... If the wait staff is too "busy" to serve more water, PLEASE serve in larger glasses !! We then went to Shari's Silverdale # 183 and it was a great visit !! see my 2nd review 1111-6103-8210-5833

Asked for no tomatoes on order, got tomatoes. Server was VERY slow and didn't check back to see if everything was right, could not get his attention. He forgot condiments and my friend wanted to order an extra piece of pie to go, but waiter didn't come back until he brought the check. He was more interested in talking than waiting on customers. I've had Anthony as a server in the past and was not impressed then either.

I went in just to buy a whole banana cream pie and a whole berry to take home. When I cut into the banana cream, at home, the bananas were literally black! Really, really gross!!!! I took all of them out as best as I could and picked through to eat it. If it wasn't as inconvenient to go back I would have but instead I picked it apart and ate bits of it. Grrr.... Won't do that again. The berry pie is fine. And when I entered the restaurant I stood at the front counter for almost a full 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there! ???
