Shari's

The waiter was really friendly but the lady that gave us our food was very rude and spoke like we weren't sitting right in front of her. I noticed she also was very rude to other customers. We've had previous problems here where it took 20 minutes for us to even get our drink order! Overall I'm disappointed with this location and won't be returning in the future.

Again, my friend found his order to taste terribly.

the stroganof special was not good

My hash browns were bigger portion size than my steak. The team member told me that i could get me another steak. I would pay additional 8.99.

generally we have always experienced great customer service at this location and look forward to further good experiences. This experience was the worst. Just being ignored from the time we entered was the issue.

I only had water to drink and when I asked Lisa for more water, she would sigh and roll her eyes before getting it for me. This happened twice. Then when we asked for our checks (there were three of us in our party with separate checks), she mixed up all the food. She never came back to the table after laying the tickets down. Someone else fixed the problems at the cash register, which they didn't seem happy about.

The server was wonderful! the food was good, however the woman who took my payment at the counter was flippant, rude, and dismissive when there was a problem with my rewards points. When I questioned her attitude about the problem, she continued to be less than helpful and shockingly defensive. When I want to eat at a Shari's I will drive out of my neighborhood to a friendlier location, this to avoid the horrible service I received! again the server was wonderful, friendly helpful, and professional. The cashier/hostess could learn from him.

I ordered a family ham dinner for 4 to 6 people. I also added stuffing and sweet potatoes Plus I got an extra pie. When we unpacked dinner which was not near sherri's. We found no cranberry sauce, and no sweet potatoes. We did have extra mashed potatoes in the package. We were too far away and short of time to go back and have the order fixed.

My omelet looked great, all big and fluffy, but it was nearly all egg whites (which I requested) and the amount of ham and cheese was so small as to be difficult to get any of either in most bites.

I ordered an egg breakfast plate and asked for dry toast with regular butter on the side. The butter that arrived was not regular butter (like a patty), but a small scoop of something that looked like butter. I'm not sure if it was margarine or whipped butter, but it wasn't plain ole butter. Apparently the restaurant does not have regular butter, which is weird for a breakfast restaurant. I also am not sure that the server knew if it was margarine or whipped butter. In any event, it didn't taste like regular butter.
