On November 23 I placed an order for two pies to be picked up on the evening of November 25. A coconut cream pie and a Lemon pie. They did not have the coconut cream for us and the only option was for us was to choose another pie. When my husband brought the pies home we were very disappointed! We have the coconut pie every year, it's the favorite of the family. I feel we should be compensated with a free coconut cream pie. Thanks

I ordered biscuits & gravy, my biscuits were really hard, eggs rubbery. Pretty much left most of my breakfast.

My order was wrong, the gravy was cold and tasted bad, and I never received the roll that came with the meal. Overall - not a good meal at all.

Pie is amazing however everything else was lacking in flavor or cold and stale

Ordered over the phone. Was told it would be 15 mins. Never got greeted. Never asked about order. No one wearing name tags. Staff doing nothing but swearing and talking about being high at work. Had previous issue with Austin. He put order in bag and walked away. Close to an hour later I approached the manager. Food was ice cold. Ordered scrambled eggs with cheese. Had on sliver of cheese. Ordered stuffed hash browns. Got regular hash browns with raw bacon bits on top. No offer to remake or discount the meal. I WILL be contacting corporate.

I DON'T REMEMBER SAYING THAT

My boyfriend and I came to your restaurant to celebrate my birthday after I worked all day and attended school all night and a piece of pie sounded wonderful to ring in another year of life. My boyfriend informed the waiter it was my birthday and we ordered a Prime Rib Benedict in which arrived cold, the meat was dry and the poached egg was over cooked. We also ordered a Hamburger with only lettuce and crispy, crispy bacon. The bacon arrived undercooked and not crispy at all. We sent it back and it came back 15 min later still floppy and not crispy. We asked for the manager who never came over and was not even in uniform and hid in a corner of the restaurant. He came over and told us she authorized a comp which turned out to be $2.00 (the price of the bacon). After we got the new check we were pretty much rushed out of the restaurant, didn't offer the free pie for my birthday (I have a Shari's card), nor did he ask if I had one for the points on the money we did spend. He apologized, but you could tell he was very annoyed and blamed the fact that he was the only waiter for the 3 tables (including us) that were there. He was talking to others instead of attending his customers.

Food was okay but the service was terrible. Up until the food came, everything was great but then the server Anthony snatches my friend’s food without saying a word as we were about to start eating. Then he says he brought the wrong order. At least have some decency to tell us first before snatching the food. Was generous enough to leave a tip regardless yet the server Anthony had the audacity to question why we just tipped $2.00. Ridiculous!

I waited on the phone for over 15 minutes to place a to-go order, walked in the restaurant and saw the phone lying off the hook. Told the waiter to hang up the phone, as that was me on hold... Still took 15 more minutes before he started to take my order. Got home and my ham steak with stuffed hash browns wasn't. I had a delicious ham steak with potato pancakes I didn't order and all in all was in the restaurant for over an hour before I left with my to-go order

Ordered over med eggs got scrambled. Ordered med rare stk got well done Got my food when everyone else was done eating. Got toast when I was done eating. Got frozen bacon bits on stuffed hash browns. Waitress never tried to correct any mistakes. No one tried to correct anything. When I said I haven’t got my tst she rudely said “I know”. Spent $50 on a very bad experience.
