Ordered a Patty melt. Cook must be new as I received a cheese burger on Rye toast. Proper way to cook it is to: butter 2 slices of rye bread with cheese and place on grill just before burger is done. Sautee red onions on grill (odered witout onions) Drop tots a few mins before burger is done. (Received tots after ate burger toast)

the waiter was not very organized we had to ask for more water he did not check on us to see how our food was it took to long to get our bill he did not bring our bill to us the servive was terrible I will not go to this restaurant any more

It took 45 minutes from my placing my order to the arrival of a room temperature omelette. My wife's order was totally botched and had to be redone. We were not alone. Another couple walked out due to the length of time it took to get food.

I am a widow living on Soc. Security - my 4 friends & I eat at Sharis alot we use coupons and fill out survey once in awhile. I had a survey receipt to get a FREE ITEM I choose a Cinnamon Roll and had a $3 off breakfast. My friend and i both ordered breakfast and each had a drink I had coffee she glass of wine. UPON CHECK out the young lady said she put in computer for both discounts I paid balance with my Visa. However after examining the receipt I was charged for the cinnamon roll (suppose to be free) and no $3 coupon credit was given. I asked for the MANAGER who was nearby to correct this error a total of about $6.29 plus tax. He said he COULD NOT AS THE CHARGE WAS CLOSED ON THE COMPUTER! He gave me back the coupon & RECEIPT AND TOLD ME TO USE IT NEXT TIME!! THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY way to take care of this situation. He should have re-done the transaction and made the correction THEN. THIS MANAGER IS A GRUMP and he Did not do right by me. Our server did a good job.

I purchased a pie and the lady with the fake nails who also rung me up, put the TOP OF HER THUMB ON MY PIE TO HELP HER PKACE IT IN THE PUE BOX! UNACCEPTABLE! THIS IS FOR A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION AND NOW I DON'T EVEN WANT TO EAT IT IN FEAR OF GETTING SICK! THE EMPLOYEES NEED TRAINING BUT I THINK SHE WAS A MGR. OR SUPERVISOR! GROSS!

I will be submitting a photo of my boyfriends meal to your corporate office later but you gave me a survey so I'm here. He ordered the sirloin steak breakfast platter based on your menu. When it came out it looked like 1/8th of the actual steak in the picture. We paid $40 for our breakfast when in the past Shari's was never that expensive. If the food looked like the pictures it would be worth $40 but I feel like we got robbed. We have always came to Shari's and we feel like your restaurant has gotten way overpriced. $5something for two drip coffees? To know the elderly visit you quite often, probably more than others makes me really sad. Even though our meal was puny, our waitress was absolutely beautiful and kind. That was the only reason we left a tip. I really hope this survey helps in some way.....

upon arrival, with no waiting line and no waiting list and plenty of empty tables, we waited approx. 5 minutes for anyone to attend to us. In the meantime there developed a waiting line of about 5 groups and they did start to make a waiting list. We did get seated pretty quickly after this. Ordered coffee, didn't bring cream, nor asked if any needed. Took a while to get anyone's attention to ask for cream. Ordered standard breakfast with biscuits and gravy, bacon, and eggs over medium. Came with eggs done over hard, overcooked bacon, and hardly any gravy with the biscuits. Talked to the waitress and the manager, sent it back, and it still came back with hardly any gravy. Shouldn't have to send a meal back for a third time. Had a coupon for a 2.99 entrée with one purchased and drinks. Don't feel taking off 2.99 was adequate for a terrible visit.

we arrive a little before 8:00PM and were told the wait was 5 - 10 minutes. The Manager and Hostess were totally disengaged and unattentive to the front of the house. There were a numerous tables waiting to be cleared , but no bus-persons in sight. If any one of those tables had been cleared, we would have easily been able to be seated in less that 5 minutes. However, we waited nearly 25 minutes before a table was cleared for us. By that time my wife had to order her food to-go because she had to leave to pick children up. What was suppose to be a celebration for family and friends turned into a "hurry up and eat" so we can get out of here experience. MOST UNSATISFACTORY!

We ordered sandwiches and a 'pie shake'. It took 40 minutes to receive our food. Our sandwiches were cold, &the meat inedible The quality of the meat was horrid: fatty, chewy and dry (seriously over cooked). If the French dip was prime rib (as stated on your menu),then I am the queen of England! The pie shake was watery and grainy. The salad I ordered with the French dip was limp and stale - both the lettuce and the 3 cherry tomatoes in it. We paid nearly $28.00 for food we could not eat. We will not be visiting Shari's again.

My elderly mother order the Quiche Loraine, which is her favorite thing on your menu. She was very upset at the new portion size for the quiche. She said "this is 1/3 the size of what they usually serve!" She was offered a free piece of pie, but what she wanted was to get what she was expecting...a full size slice of quiche. She declined the pie.
