I tried to order online and they not only didn't have it ready but didn't have it at all saying they never got it and I had to start my order again and only ordered half to avoid the extra wait

The waiter was overwhelmed or new. Our burgers were dry There was barely any country gravy on our chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy it was runny, When we asked the waiter about the gravy his response was that the gravy was bad and he hurried away. Instead of offering a solution to the sorry excuse for food he basically said too bad. The manager didn't care either, didn't offer and solutions, excuses anything! I am extremely disappointed in this sheri's we have never experienced this bad of food or service in any other sheri's establishment.

I ordered the T bone steak it was the worst steak I have ever eaten !!!!!!!!
