Sharon had to be the most friendly, attentive hostess I've ever experienced in a restaurant. My friend needed an especially large area to sit due to a physical condition, and he was accommodated immediately. The food was very good, though not exceptional; a bit of salsa and hot sauce (provided) rounded it out nicely.

Quiet at 3 pm; no waiting; good value for the money.

The restaurant was tidy and clean. The food came out very fast and hot.

Second restaurant visit today where they were short staffed. Manager(?) Sharon did a GREAT job. Had us wait a few minutes while a table was cleared, then seated us, took our order, and ended up actually cooking our orders:) She was everywhere, doing everything for everyone. It was really impressive@! The food was great and it was a nice family outing.

We walked into the restaurant and were greeted with chaos. Every table was a mess, all of the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. We were just about to leave until we were greeted by a nice young man by the name of Sergie. He appeared calm and confident; we instantly felt at ease. He had the time to inquire about our day, give very nice menu suggestions, and take our orders accurately amidst all the chaos (even with all of our special requests) . He also sold us on a very delicious dessert that we weren't even able to find on the menu. What we first thought would be a stressful night turned out to be a very pleasurable dining experience. Thank you, Sergie!

We have eaten here before and knew what to expect. The servers have changed but were still helpful. The food was fine but not really warm enough and the cut of fish seemed different

Friendly service on three visits to the Burlington, WA location. Matt the server on the second visit was super helpful and resourceful with the menu and service. Impressed and very satisfied with experience that I signed up for the Cafe Club Card because of him. The food was godd and so were the pies and pie shakes. Many years ago tired this restaurant before and walked away unimpressed. But decided to give a second chance and glad I and my family did. Now recommending to others. Will stop here more often! Hope the next several visits are the same, even in different locations.

My friend of 60 years and I have started having breakfast together at Shari's every couple of weeks. We've been doing this for almost a year now and VERY satisfied with food and service...

Everything went as expected and even more. I like the menu.
