Shari's

Michelle was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She was very nice, knowledgeable, quick, and accurate. We appreciate your time.

Seated quickly, friendly waitress, good coffee, everything was timely.

One reason I rate this visit as highly satisfied is because of our server Eddie. She always has a way about her that makes us feel welcome. She is attentive to us during our visit and seems to always treat everyone special. She has been working at Shari's for over 20 years. It seems that in every town, people who have lived there for any length of time can pass by any of their favorite restaurants and name a server there that stands out above the rest, and it is no different in Cheyenne. Eddie is the one that stands out at Sharis in Cheyenne. People like me, hope to never have to go to Sharis without Eddie being there. It would definitely not be the same place without her. She is a keeper....in my book.

We were met at the door and immediately seated. The waitress escorted us to our seats, asked for our drink orders and returned promptly with our drinks. She took our order; delivered our food; checked on us throughout our meal; and provided the check when we were finished eating. She was friendly and incredibly professional throughout our stay at the restaurant. In addition to the great customer service, the food was very good - hot, fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience - one we've come to anticipate and enjoy at Shari's Cafe & Pies!

Excellent service from Denise

The manager, and our server Victoria knocked it out of the park. By it I mean customer service so get your mind out of the gutter. These are nice ladies. I did notice that they didn't have any awards on their nameplates though. What is up with that? They should have awards for good customer service. Victoria in particular is so speedy that she makes a blur as she moves through the place with celerity. She even dealt with the creepy lonely fedora wearing dudes with professional poise that deserves an Oscar (even over poor Leonardo DiCaprio who has gotten stiffed time after time for lesser actors). Give these ladies awards for their great service already. What does a server have to do to get recognition from Shari's Corporate? Cartwheels? I bet they can totally do cartwheels, albeit awkwardly because those things are never fun. #terrifyinggymteachermemories. With that I'm spent. Cheers!
