The waitress was very helpful and everyone was very friendly

Donna was a very good server she was attentive and had all of our drinks ready when we needed them we had a very nice visit

I can always count on the experience being about the same , good food and service and not too bad on the prices

I've never a bad meal at Shari's. The food is always delicious, and the service is great. If I've ever had a problem, the management has always made it right. The pies are the best in town. The only bad thing is the cleanliness--there's always straw wrappers or little pieces of trash on the floor, and the men's restroom could be a little bit cleaner.

Denise my server was awesone... I received a surprise visit from a general manager himself while sitting at the counter overall my experience was excellent

Dawn was our server and she is beyond friendly and more than helpful! She answered all our questions kept our drinks full and made our experience wonderful

I tried something different than I have ordered before (Sr. breakfast steak with gravy on top) and it was delicious. I will definitely order it again. You have the nicest employees.

The server,18155 Eddie-6 was outstanding! I observed her working with my table and other customers that was exemplary. She was always on the move, but very efficient with no wasted motion. She came to my table with a smile and asked if everything was OK.I observed her opening the outside door for an elderly couple which in my mind was above the job description. If she is not on a full time basis, you are missing the boat. SHE IS AN ASSET AND I HOPE THAT YOU REALIZE THAT.
