Shari's

I love Shari's and go there all the time to eat and relax. I love the waitresses.

Menu was deceptive in that picture of item ordered was different than what I received. Ordered Supreme chocolate cream pie and got what appeared to be a plain cream pie. Brought to attention of waitress and was told that they simply changed how it was made. Deceptive!

Food had to be rewarmed. Pot roast dry. Having to write three sentences to a get cinnamon . Keep the roll trash the essay

The steak my husband ordered had to much grissle in it and it took a while to get our food. We are traveling so we will not be able to recommend that location to anyone in the area. The server was very nice.

Cristal the manager was friendly and made sure everything we ordered and our experience was perfect.

My biscuits and gravy arrived cold. Shecttok the whole plate back. When it came back the rest of my food was just warm.

Our order was not brought out all together and over heard the cook argue with our waitress about what was needed. Our waitress was great and took very good care of us was just a let down to hear the cooks not work with the waitress properly.

The food I ordered was not available. I was not given water, when ordered, had to ask for it again

Your quality of food sucks and you need food quality like Texas road house.

Overall experience was excellent .. Shari's has a great staff working at night,friendly bunch ... appreciate the smile's and attentiveness..We will return again ..thank you.
