having to fill out this survey everytime i go to sharis is why i am dissatified. you have a great group of employees at the cheyenne sharis. everyone there is excellent.

Servers no where to be found and never got a refill. Also had to wait a long time to be seated. Then had to wait even longer to pay the bill.

Just really have an issue with getting cold toast with butter, would be nice to get warm toast with melted butter on it!!! we have been there twice and both times like this! Also stand and wait to check out was a long time, with people just not paying attention!!!

It was fine, it was just a bit more expensive than we had anticipated, and your food is only okay, it's not the best in town. However, the staff was wonderful and the environment is quite pleasant.

This was a to go order. The hash browns were undercooked. Waitress had to add hash browns after she checked the order therefore the rest of food was cold by time I got home. Love the cafe club points

I did not note an unusually above average experience with this restaurant as compared with other restaurants managed by other food service companies. One suggestion: Serve a better brand of coffee I have never really enjoyed the coffee at Sharis. Being certain that the coffee is always served very hot is my next suggestion I suspect that the waiters fill the coffee servers in advance and when it is served to the customer, it is lukewarm

The music is too loud and very grating on the nerves.
