I rarely give those high marks because there is always room for improvement

We went on a Free Pie Wednesday night. This seems to be one of the busiest nights of the week but there was not extra staffing to support.

Walked in and wait staff were busy talking at line, waited 2-3 min to be seen. Waitress forgot juice order.

As I mentioned it was a little long to receive what we ordered.

I'm always pleased with the friendliness of the staff. It's a very pleasant restaurant to enjoy a nice meal.

Only that it seemed to take longer than usual to get our food after our order was placed. We gave our waitress a large tip because she was bubbly, friendly and efficient. Thanks for having such a great place to go eat. Love this Shari's!

highly satisfied speculates exceptional/perfection and with many variables there isn't but would like temp of dining area to be warmer so as not to cool hot food and asked if fan near our table can be turned off and told it can't

Ordered a chef salad without onions, olives and tomatoes. When order arrived, it was loaded with onions. Waitress took it back and returned with another salad loaded with olives. By the time she came back around to check, the rest of the people in my party was already half way done with their meal. Would have been nice to had this salad at no charge since I had to pick around the olives! :(

Just satisfied overall-nothing specific warranted HIGHLY satisfied.

I asked for over medium eggs and they were over easy, some of the egg's white still uncooked. The bacon was just a bit over cooked but still edible. Normally I'd say something and did about my coffee because it was cold as soon as I poured it but my waitress got me hot coffee right away. I just sucked it up when it came to the eggs and bacon and ate because I've had a long night and don't want to feel like a bother.
