Online ordering doesn't allow customers to add special requests to online order. I orderd fish and chips. I would've like the opportunity to request this item to be fryed extra crispy especially since I was getting it to go. Food was pretty soggy already when I arrived for pickup and was only worse when I arrived home. I'm only a 5 min drive from the location.

It is difficult for a large group to be seated. We had to squeeze a large group into a corner booth. The only large group accommodations at this Shari's consists of 3 tables in a designated area that each seat 3 people and it would be difficult for the group to interact with each other. My food was under cooked - omelet was runny and hash browns were soft, not crispy.

Everything was good. I was satisfied with everything. Nothing stood out as exceptional.

Again, service was good. Holly was quite pleasant, very patient and attentive. Keep her and give her a raise! Food was surprisingly good, too. Well done.

The service was great. We were there right after the Sunday lunch rush finished. The kitchen was slow to get our breakfast out. I think there was only 1 cook/chef trying to handle everything. In this day of quick service everywhere else. We were disappointed with how long it took to get your standard menu breakfast. The food when it arrived was very well prepared and hot. So that was a plus. But not enough to earn a highly satisfied.

Appetizer was not hot. we got 2 dinner salads and it was lettuce and a couple croutons. very plain.

We thought that'the hot chocolates cane with refills but i guess not

Table service could have been a little quicker. Service was during peak lunch time so they could have contributed to the slowness. No particular person or persons was to blame for this.

The food is normally great. getting seated though takes longer then it should

The waitress was extremely pleasant and accommodating. However the food took an extremely long time to arrive at our table. We heard that other customers were receiving the same slow service from the kitchen help. The waitress apologized several times and we were pleased with her response to our poor service
