Shari's

The cook who's name us Craig. Screamed at the top of his lungs and made a waitress cry. Then started to throw items at the other female cook. Threw items at a male that was bringing dishes to him. Started to profanity towards the waitresses. He even yelled at Pete. My waitress. Dawn was very good. The food took longer because the female cook had to recook when Craig threw the items he made our plates go everywhere. This is not the first time that he has done this. I refuse to go there if you do not fire him. He has made sharis a place where no one enjoys there meals.

Sharis used to be an affordable place to go as a family to have a nice sit down meal. Prices are outrageous! 2 of us order appetizers only, but for the price we paid we could have gone to the local steakhouse and had more food. Highly dissapointing to see what used to be our favorite restaurant change so much. Stop trying to be a fancy restaurant, and stick to family dining.

waiting to be seated was chaotic. Waitress serving too many tables. Perkins has a special stand where a patron can register to be seated and a separate stand for people paying their bills.

A table of 4 came in after my husband and i and placed their order after us. They had their meal, paid and left before my husband and i rcvd our hamburger and chicken fried steak dinner. The waitress did not bring the veggie, then when i asked for it her answer was oh i didnt think you wanted it. Then i had to ask for my dinner roll. She brought my husband the wrong drink, and she didnt ask me if id like a refill on my tea until we were finished our meal.

The sandwich I had was not a tasty as usual. The pie was not tasty either. When I went to pay I am a member of Sharis Club. I have $5.00 on it and it said good to use on mystery menu. No one knew what that was. I was not the first person to have that happen to that day. What is the use of being a member of the club when it is not clear to the employees how to use it.

Coffee served was not hot; was warm but no hot. Food was good less hash browns which seemed very greasy.

The place was in a state of confusion. When our order finally was taken, the server guessed at what we wanted. That's what we got, her assumption. Why did we not correct her? Because she was no where around. 6 severs and ours was ?. A customer at the next table grabbed a different server who found our server. We waited.............. An easy dinner, turned into a two hour ordeal. When we finally left, we both let our breath out to be free.

I typically enjoy dining at Shari's and will most likely go back. However, on this night it appeared quite slow, but still took nearly 25 minutest to get our food. When we received our food my daughter's meal did not come out and she had to wait longer, while we ate. Upon arrival there were four other tables sat, all who had their food. There were nine tables that were empty but had not been cleaned. Our table had to be cleaned before we were sat. When we left, an hour or so later, several of the tables still had not been cleaned. One other table sat when we did and all they had was dessert. Not a good night at our local Shari's. Thank you!

The burger was overcooked and the food was not hot and the coffee was not hot. The wait staff here were great but the food and coffee prep are not done by them. The fries were not hot and there weren't very many of them and the burger patty had definitely been "pre-done" and was overcooked (not burnt) just overdone and bland. The fries had definitely sat around as well. The only "fresh" items on my plate were the greens on the burger. Very disappointed with the meal i paid $13.33 plus tip for. Not impressed at all.
