How can u run out of yogurt. Poached eggs does not nearly substitute for yogurt.

We were initially seated in Dawn's section. Mgr brought our drinks. Dawn NEVER acknowledged us and served people that came in after us. So we got up, went to the register and asked to be re-seated in the other side of the restaurant. On that side, Victoria serviced us and everything from that point on was Highly Satisfying. Victoria paid attention to us, took our order promptly and checked on us at appropriate times. From this point forward when we visit this Shari's, we'll be certain to ask to be seated in any other section than Dawn's. She is not proficient when things are slow and it only gets worse when things are busy.

The cannolis were not as advertised... I may as well have ordered pancakes. The waitress was not willing to provide any help for making them correct. Also the eggs were over done.

none of the food received in 3 separate orders was hot; most barely warm when I indicated same at checkout there was absolutely no response from the cashier even though she asked how everything was so apparently it was nothing more than a mandatory question to which an answer was immaterial

My server was excellent, but was being screamed at by what I assume was her manager. I could hear him throughout the restaurant, very unprofessional.

When you coffee costs what Starbux charge and it is tepid, you have had a big mistake. I will not order $2.29 coffee again. Gravy portion was skimpy, very skimpy on the Chicken fried steak and I asked for the eggs basted just enough to set the eggs, not fried almost hard... Sorry you failed your usual standards on food and overpriced your coffee.

The food quality was very poor. Everything was freshly cooked, yet it all tasted terrible. The bacon flavor was like old deep-fryer grease. The eggs and pancakes had the same flavor as the bacon. I am very serious when I say I had trouble telling what food I was eating, everything had this very bad taste that overwhelmed the flavor of the food. Two of the other guys at my table said the same thing. It has been over three hours since I ate breakfast and I cannot get the taste out of my mouth. I do not know what the problem is; but I am sure you will have your work cut out for you to fix the problem.

I've come twice within the past six months to Shari's on a Wed evening, to try the free pie w/dinner offer. Food both times was mediocre, at best. The salmon last time was great; all other food was barely edible. Chose the sour cream lemon pie, bad choice, regretted it; pie was clearly a box mix and a bad one at that, tasted like artificial lemon, not a true lemon flavor. Tonight, the squash soup was excellent. The rest of the meal was horrid. The chix strips were dry, room temp at best, not flavorful, and the honey mustard sauce was just as bad. Asked for an alternative sauce, no appetizing options available. Thought about getting the left-over bronco berry sauce from Arby's out of my car. White cream gravy had no flavor at all and poor texture, as well. Think I'm done paying $14.99 for a free slice of pie and one edible side.

The coffee creamer was dirty with coffee stains . I ordered Eggs Benedict . When i received my order the plate was messy , the eggs were basically a yoke with very little whites , and they were over cooked to the point that they were hard, I sent it back because I'm not paying $10.89 for that. My wife ordered the frittata. It arrived luke warm. Coffee is over priced. I will not be back. Not Happy at all.
