Shari's

I arrived at 9:30. Took 15 minutes before I could order. Wanted the soup but was informed that soup wasn't served after ten. It wasn't 10 pm yet. Second, nowhere on the menu did it state soup was not served after 10 pm. Should be on the menu. I also wanted dessert, but the server never came back. I tried to get another server's attention and was ignored. I hate bad service. I generally tip 20 to 25 percent. But not tonight. Lucky she got one at all.

I took my wife out for breakfast. It was her first visit to Shari's. The bread was dry. Not enough butter to even cover 1/2 a piece. Waitress never came back around to ask for more butter. The coffee was warm. The bottom of the cup had a ton of grounds in it. Never got offered any more. We wanted coffee and butter. My eggs benedict was flavorful but short-coming on quantity. Barely had any hashbrowns. I saw more plate than food. What a joke. Not worth the money. I could of made more food, cheaper at home. (and had coffee). My wife is now telling everyone about our horrible experience. McDonalds would of been better and cheaper. (and would of had coffee)

we came on prime rib night 5-10 we came at 7 we ordered two bigger size prime. After we ordered she came back and only 1 larger size left at 7 oclock so i took smaller one than came back only 1 baked potato left at 7 oclock so we took mashed on 1 order. we ordered the larger crusted and they forgot then the smaller was cold. My partners was great. We eat here often and have not had a problem like this before it was not overly busy.My partner did not want me to start trouble but I was so disapointed

Our waitress walked past our table many times before ever coming to take our order. She could have acknowledged our presence and also told us it would be a few minutes but never said a word. The only other time she came back after we received our food was to drop off the check. It was Father's Day so I stopped another waitress to get a free piece of pie for my husband. Food was overpriced for the quality. Almost $10 for a BLT? And our booth was dirty. Old food, something sticky, gross. This restaurant has always had an iffy reputation in our town. It's easy to see why.

Removed the chicken fajita omelet and corned beef hash, my two standard breakfast items. Prices and quality make it not worth the trip for us anymore.

The waitress was very prompt in taking order and bringing food, but the taste of our bacon was pretty nasty. Daughters bun for her sandwhich was all burnt on the inside and could barely even eat the sandwhich at all.

I understand restaurant was under staffed for a late 8 pm rush and waitresses were busy. needed to ask for side that was to come with my plate, this took awhile to get noticed, and also the same for refill for drinks. our waitress was busy and we were more than ready to leave so we went to the register and waited for help.. there I observed a waitress taking a pie out from cooling unit under the warming table from the kitchen, she opened and took the pie in her bare hands and pulled a piece loose and placed it on a plate and put it up on the area with foods ready for pick up. She saw me and came to take my payment we had not received our bill . at no time did I see this woman wash her hands before or after handling the pie. I believe her name was Donna, middle aged reddish blonde hair. Like I said they were busy but this is unacceptable and I can't picture myself coming back

Ordered prime rib dinner, gave me a grilled steak and was told that it was a prime rib dinner. I'm 89 years old and have eaten prime for many years. I feel like I know a prime rib dinner when I see one.

My friend and I arrived at 7:40 pm. We were seated at a dirty table, and did not get our orders placed for a long time. We had a 2 year old with us... We chose to go to Shari's because of speed and taste! Our waitress finally got our drink order, and took our order for food. She told us she'd bring the toddler's applesauce for him right away. We never saw the applesauce. Our drinks were not refilled, and the 2 year old was starving. We asked to have our food boxed up, because we had to leave. Our food got to us at 8:40pm. WE WAITED ONE HOUR FOR OUR FOOD!!!!! So we paid and left. Very disappointed in Shari's! Used to be my favorite restaurant!

The waitress checked on us maybe 3 times total. I then waited 20 minutes for her to even take my order. Then I waited an additional 25 minutes for my food to show up. When my food finally showed up, my steak was cold. The restaurant was not even super busy. Then on top of it, our waitress, Debra I believe her name was, kept yelling across the restaurant at other tables.
