Shari's

The food was very much over cooked. Some of it was even burned! Tasted poorly, bland, rubbery, and burned!

Ordered the new York strip steak. Ordered to be cooked medium. The steak was so over cooked and dry. I sent the plate back. The manager never came to the table to apologize or make it right. When we spoke to him at check out all he could say was "well they come in raw". Overall an awful experience.

We got an email to get $5 off your secret menu for hHlloween. Not remembering the name of the items, I said I did NOT want the Poutine with the egg. I got the poutine with the under-cooked slimy egg AND half raw bacon. I asked that they take it back to the kitchen remove the egg and cook the yellow even if it was over-done. They merely turned the sunny side egg over on the food and brought it back. So now I have slimy white and slimy yellow over all. I moved as much as possible aside. I ate what I could and we left. I am not sure I will return to Shari's for anything other than pie. 1. You have removed all the good chef salads and replaced them with nothing remotely fresh. 2. You offer online "secret menu's" that employees do not seem to be aware of. 3. Neither Our waitress or the kitchen or both did not pay attention to what we asked. IF this is a future breakfast offering; then, even the few things we can now eat at Shari's are forfeit. A better menu with more offerings like the chef salad brought back. NO under-cooked eggs forced on us to get $5.00 off. (Hardly a reward!) In the meantime, we will debate if its worth spending $100.00 to get such a sickening meal from Shari's.

The food was Terrible... The place is dirty!!!!!!

The waitress was the rudest waitress I have ever encountered. I asked for a piece of pie and if they didn't have that kind, I wanted a pie shake instead. She complained about how hard it was to make a pie shake to the point that she brought me the wrong piece of pie that she tried to make look like the right one even though the correct pie was in stock. She took forever to bring us our food. She failed to bring the ranch someone in our party requested. The food was terrible by Shari's standards. I love Shari's normally, but the food at this one was way below the quality of other Shari's restaurants.

My girlfriend and myself arrived at the resturantand were seated. We looked at the menue and when the waitress came to take our order, we made our selction. I ordered the Chicken mozzarela briesque(sp). When our orders arrived, the waitress mixed the orders up, she gave mine to my girlfriend, and hers to me. Mine did not contain any chicken. I called the waitress over, and explained that I had ordered the Chicken Mozzarela briesque(sp). She contacted the person who seamed to be in charge. I waited for a long time to get my food. When I tried it, it was luke warm. We could not get the waitresses attention. The rice pialif was good. We asked to get some more coffee, which never came. The waitress brought the check and asked how the food was. We told her that it was luke warm. She said that the manager would take care of it at the register. We waited for the free pie, since this was Wed. We went to the register and asked for it. The manager got the pies, whick were the whipcream was melted. The waitress at the register had problems ringing up the bill, never asked how the meal was. The manager NEVER contacted us. I know it was busy, but this experience was the WORST we have had. here.

I WORKED ACROSS THE STREET FROM SHARI'S, WENT ALL THE WAY HOME, CHANGED CLOTHES, FROVE BACK JUST BECAUSE IT IS WEDNESDAY....WHEN I ASKED ABOUT FREE PIE DAY I WAS TOLD "ONLY AFTER 4PM" EVEN THOUGH YOUR NAPKINS STATE "FREE SLICE OF PIE ON WEDNESDAY" STAFF SAY IT...BUT YOU CAN'T HAVE IT UNTIL AFTER 4PM. WE WAITED FOR OVER 35 MINUTES TO GET OUR MEALS, WHICH WERE LUKEWARM. THE WAITRESS BROUGHT US OUR DRINKS, SERVERWARE, NAPKINS, & TOOK OUR ORDER...THEN NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE...ANOTHER WAITRESS BROUGHT US OUR CHECK WHEN WE ASKED FOR IT...OUR WAITRESS WAS STILL THERE AND ON THE CLOCK, SHE WAS JUST GETTING READY TO COUNT HER MONEY DRAWER. I HAVE WAITED BEFORE BUT TODAY WAS RIDICULOUS AND WE BOTH FELT AS IF IT WAS BAIT AND SWITCH WITH THE FREE PIE SLICES. DON'T ADVERTISE SOMETHING AND THEN TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS "TOO BAD YOU'RE EARLY IT'S ONLY FROM 4-10 PM DURING THE DAY. I PROBABLY WILL NEVER COME BACK TO SHARI'S AND I WILL TALK MY FAMILY, FRIENDS & ACQUIANTANCES NOT TO GO TO SHARI'S BECAUSE THEY LIE!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SAY YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS' EXPERIENCE---WILL I HOPE SOMEONE DOES READ THIS!!!!! I'M VERY MAD!!!!!

I ordered a burger with bacon and without onions and when i recived my food there was no bacon on the burger and there was onions on the burger. I told the waitress and she did nothing to fix my order or ticket.

She was very rude like she didn't want to be there. A smile goes a very long way

The Shrimp alfredo came out with some type of nasty brown sauce with mushrooms in it Your headquarters really droped the ball on this entrée! It was not even close to Alfredo sauce and the sad thing about it is the waitress did not even know the differance
