We ordered nachos with guacamole on the side. The waitress did come out after a long time to say they mistakenly put the guacamole on the Nachos and she was having them re-made. After a while longer she brought out the plate of nachos with guacamole on a small plate. After my husband and I each took a chip we notice that the guacamole had been scraped off the top and sour cream put on top of it. I notified the waitress who offered to have them remade which we told her we don't have enough time as we had stopped in to eat something before a meeting. So she said ok and walked away. Then charged us for the full price of the nachos. Very disappointing and really poor customer service. And this was after the fact we were not acknowledged upon entering the restaurant by the girl at the counter while she chit-chatted with customers seated at the counter. After a few minutes she finally acknowledged we were there and she would be its us in a couple minutes. The waitress then came over and apologized for the delay and said she thought we had already been assisted.

Our service was disgusting. The waitress took forever (1/2 hr) to take our order, even longer to bring our cobb salads (1-1/2 hr) too us, she never refilled our water glasses, we had to ask for our bill (another 1/2 hour). That's beyond horrible service. The salad was good... but not worth 2-1/2 hours of our time. My friend said the waitress was focus on the men at the bar. The lady we paid didn't seem to shocked at our comments. You need to find better help or you'll be losing lots of business. P.S. Loved the peach pie

I arrived at the restaurant with my 6-yr-old granddaughter for breakfast. There was nobody waiting in line when we arrived; however, the shift manager was talking with the cooks and ignored us for a good five minutes or longer. We got to our table and ordered our food. I ordered the biscuits and gravy from the menu with OJ and my grand ordered the child's pancakes with hot chocolate. Her hot chocolate was COLD and my food was terrible. The biscuits were so hard even the fork wouldn't penetrate them! I pointed it out to the shift manager who asked me if I wanted more! I told her no but to adjust my bill accordingly. She came back and told me she was sorry for the food and continued to tell me that the biscuits were actually left over from the previous day because they didn't have time to make fresh ones! It was almost 10 in the morning and they didn't have time!! I should have called and reported it to the Health Department but I let it go. I paid for my granddaughter's meal, and left a tip for the waitress and we departed the establishment and went about our way.

My waitress was Victoria and she was wonderful. My problem was with an employee named Krystal. She was not my server but where I was seated I was able to see the back area in front of the cook station and hear their conversations. This presented no problems whatsoever with the enjoyment of my meal until Krystal very loudly began voicing her displeasure at being told by "lied to" after a customer had apparently indicated that she would be tipped 20%. When Krystal found out that the tip was not very large she proceeded to be very loudly verbalize her displeasure. My waitress, Victoria, handle this tremendously well and did not engage in the same banter as Krystal and I was highly impressed. My bill was $18.31 so I tipped Victoria $10 on my card and $6 in cash. I wanted to reward her good behavior and not Krystal's inappropriate behavior. I also left a note on a napkin commending Victoria on her professionalism and courteousness. I hope you all should carry this on and reward your amazing staff that work so hard to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for your customers. Thank you so much for your time.
