Friendly waitress. Food arrived quickly. Restaurant was pleasant.

Lanna was the ultimate professional. Greeted as I walked in, seated coffee and water, took my order. Was out fast! Great experience!

The food was and the menu is always fun but Jeff is an amazing server with a very pleasant manner about hom l. He explained menu options, dish ideas and club membership. We want to come back again to say hi to Jeff all the way from Seattle. We want him as our server again. Thanks Xavier

The Shari's here in East Wenatchee, WA has come so far with a new mgmt team and guidance by qualified people. You lost a lot of customers due to past neglect on someone's fault, but the changes are very welcomed...and you are only 2 of family everyday meals in our valley. We really miss the absence of the Wenatchee Shari's. But will drive across the river to get your right-priced food with everyday quality and good taste. Other restaurants are over-priced and often only warm food. Thank you for listening when I posted the critical posts in the past....your future depended on it and it is nice to see the changes. Yes, we have noticed. Excellent team mgrs now. They are training new help in the quality of service is as important as food & cleanliness. Thank you
