I ordered 2 pie shakes and they were both very thin

This Shari's location is WORN OUT and needs attention! The seats are torn and uncomfortable to sit on. The ceiling tiles are broken and very dirty. The inside decor is dated and dark, making for an unplesant dining experience. If this is a thriving business, SHOW IT!!

It was a quite night in the cafe. It still took a very long time to get the food. My wife's plate had to be sent back to get corrected. The fries were limp and old. They were not hot crisp and fresh. My burger was very good. My wife's plate was very good after it was fixed.

I go to Sharis because the food is good at reasonable price. The service is always good. What more do you want from your customers???

This has happened several times that any salad you order it has slimy and brown lettuce. This is not the only place this happens unfortunately. The restaurant is clean enough not to worry but it really needs a professional cleaning especially your tables. I really do enjoy most of the food and everyone is friendly.

I am part of a local Business Networking group who is looking for a new location to meet every Thursday. There is some background noise to overcome, and creating a system to make the server's job easier while also creating fewer interruptions of our meeting. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and my group members and myself are confident that we can make this location work to benefit both parties.

The crew was AWESOME! Great waiter and waitresses. The Mozza Sticks were great, but the fried shrimp and french fries were undercooked. Not inedible, just not good.

My wife related to me after the meal that her frittata was rather greasy and upset her stomach.
