At 4:30AM oatmeal was not available because "the dry goods are locked up and the cook can not get to them." Really? Unable to serve a basic breakfast item in the morning? This is the second time it has happened at this location.

steaks were raw had to send back 3 times,potatoe was green, items were not available . pie was out of stock

I ordered the hot thanksgiving turkey sandwich, I asked for it to bee presented as an open face sandwich. When I got my food everything was just piled on the plate and suffered in gravy. I had to take a clean plate and put my plate back in a better state. When I brought this up to the waitress she said I could always cook my food my way at home. I also had breakfast at the same location the same morning with very dissatisfied experience. My pancakes were just dropped on the plate like they had been run over and weren't fully cooked. The eggs I ordered were supposed to be over medium, they arrived over hard. I should tell you I've probably spent almost 600 on food with your restaurant over the last few months.

Waitress served "Cold" coffee and had very limited knowledge of the menu. We waited over an hour for our food while others around us who came in after us were served. Food (chicken) on both my wife and my order was old, cold and litterly too hard to eat. Managers excuse was "New waitress" and a "New Cook"

My server's name was Kim. She acted put out when i asked for a refill on my water. When my food came out she did not come back to see how i was doing. She also seemed more intersted in my husband then taking my order!!

My pancakes were actually raw in the center. My omelette was overdone and dry. My friends hashbrowns were very,very greasy - literally floating in grease!

I had a bowl of tomato soup & 1 cup of coffee. The soup was barely warm and the coffee was very strong. The price was $7.88 plus tip for this. I thought that to be excessive.

Felt ignored. Took a while to order. Food took a while to arrive. Worst service ever.

We ordered the Trio and the quiche had no flavor and nothing in it, just plain. Was supposed to be quiche Lorraine........far from it. It wasn't very warm either.

It was freezing. We got the same server as last time and again she took forever to take our order My hash browns were stuck on a tiny plate and every time I scooped some up it slid off my plate My spouse's biscuits and gravy were awful. They were very hard and not enough gravy. She did offer more gravy a few minutes after we got our food so that was helpful except the food was gross. I did write this on the receipt too
