I had a fixed amount of time for lunch. Took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order, and took 37 minutes to received our food. Apparently there was a banquet at the same time, and it was the cook's 1st banquet. If it was his 1st banquet, then maybe another cook should have been on duty for the regular customers.

Took an hour to get food. Waitress forgot drinks and had to constantly be stopped for refills. We had to get our own silverware and condiments. (Others around us also grew frustrated and starting helping themselves due to lack of service) Finally get food, and order was wrong, (received fries instead of tots, burger had tomatoes on it when we specifically asked for none due to allergies). Burger, salmon, hash browns, pancakes were VERY overcooked. Returned the burger, waited another 30 minutes and finally requested it to go because we'd already been there almost two hours and could not wait any longer. Ordered pies to go. Get home and only one pie was the correct pie ordered. Burger patties were raw in the middle with an undercooked egg on top and no sauce or bacon but had tomatoes on it!!! I was surprised when the bill came (actually it didn't "come" we had to stand in line to ask for bill so we could finally leave!) that after the terrible service and food we were still charged full price for everything! Burger and pies went in garbage.

Rudeness of waitress!!! When we tried to get her attention to order she came to our table and with out us saying a word she told us that if we were in a hurry to eat we shouldn't order as there was 10 food orders ahead of us. I was shocked and speechless, my friend and I had already started our coffee so we stayed seated and sipped coffee for the 75 minutes I had until my appointment. During this time the couple that were seated before us and after us received their food had time to eat it completely and were setting visiting. During the time we sat there the waitress did not return we got up and refilled our own coffee. She did however return to give us a check. We tried to speak to her on leaving to resolve this issue and express our dissatisfaction but she cut us off and would not speak to us or take our money. She just walked off.

All 3 of us at the table are seniors. I was going to order off senior menu, but looked like a lot of food and didn't have a combo I really wanted. So I ordered 1 waffle, 2 eggs scrambled, and bacon. One lady and I shared coffee. My bill came to $14.80. The male cashier thought I had the wrong ticket, but it was the right ticket. The waitress said the waffle alone was 7.99! I was totally shocked and definitely Not happy. I let her know I would not be coming back. She did NOT offer a discount - did NOT offer anything. Her look indicated she didn't really care what I thought. Felt sorry for the male cashier as he totally understood. I told the couple waiting not to order a waffle that they cost 7.99 for one! First of all my wife got tarter sauce instead of blue cheese dressing, my Mango lemonade took over 15 minutes to arrive, my wife's steak was over cooked, and then charged for the replacement steak which I feel I should have been served a new plate instead of my wife got a single steak which made the rest of her food cold.

Many empty tables. Group of 5 and myself waiting to be seated. Waited almost 20 minutes. Group of 5 seated. I waited another 15 minutes to be seated. I almost left and later wished I had. Seated with a water (lacking the lemon slice I asked for) and a cup of coffee which was empty before anyone took my order. I had to find a waitress (not mine) and ask her to take my order. She brought me slice of lemon and pot of coffee. Order came. Wrong soup. Cold quiche. Sent it back. Five minutes later-- right soup and hot quiche. Finished my meal and waited 8 minutes for the pie to come. Server never checked to see if I needed anything else. While there, I heard "I am so sorry about that" said to other people in the restaurant. One gentleman came to service station and said,"I think she should go into a different line of business." (about his waitress). I asked my waitress if she was new. "I've been here since July." I also asked to speak with the manager who never came to my table. When I paid I again asked to speak to the manager. I told her that "I wouldn't have had the nerve to charge for this meal. Prices have gone up she said. No adj. made..

My wife had strawberry jam with her omlette. My daughter took the REMAINDER of the jam and added it to her lemonade, and noticed something in the glass. She fished it out, and it was a LARGE FLY. The wait was over 25 minutes to get our order, and the restaurant was NOT BUSY..

Terrible service! Waitress took for ever to take order when she did she had the worst customer service not even a greeting. Yet other people sat next to us and she was completely different. I'm in customer service myself she need to learn to treat everyone with the same level of sevice. Customers service should be her the top priority! Over all will never go back. My check was wrong she argued with me about it.
